The construction of an accessible sports environment is crucial for guaranteeing sports participation among disabled groups in China, improving their physical health, elevating overall population quality, and promoting social inclusion. To optimize such an environment, this study, grounded in the practical realities of building Healthy China, employs methods such as literature review, field investigation and logical analysis to clarify the connotation of building an accessible sports environment. Guided by the Wuli-Shili-Renli (WSR) methodology, the research provides an in-depth examination of the current dilemmas in the construction of an accessible sports environment in China. These are three intertwined dimensions: the physical (Wuli) dilemma characterized by structural contradictions in facility supply and lagging standard systems; the managerial (Shili) dilemma marked by deficiencies in service effectiveness and a lack of institutional support mechanisms; and the human (Renli) dilemma manifested in fragmented governance structures and the absence of an inclusive culture. Accordingly, this study proposes targeted pathways for resolution: addressing physical bottlenecks by enhancing facility development and refining the standard system; resolving the managerial difficulties via service innovation and rigid enforcement; and alleviating human-centered pain points by advancing integrated governance and public cognition.

The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) provides new opportunities for the transformation and upgrading of home-school co-education in primary and secondary school physical education.Using the methods of literature review and logical analysis, and introducing Lefebvre’s social space theory, this study systematically elucidates the logical shift, practical concerns, and optimization pathways of AI-empowered home-school co-education in primary and secondary school physical education. The research suggests that the logical shift of AI-empowered home-school co-education in primary and secondary school physical education manifests in three aspects: the material space shifts from fragmented teaching between home and school to intelligent global intervention;the social space shifts from one-way information transmission to intelligent collaborative interconnection;and the spiritual space shifts from scattered activity organization to intelligent ecosystem creation.However,AI-empowered home-school co-education in primary and secondary school physical education still faces practical concerns: excessive monitoring by AI technology may blur the content and privacy boundaries of co-education;the dominance of AI algorithms may distort the roles and responsibilities of co-education subjects;and the efficiency-oriented focus of AI may narrow the goals and effectiveness of co-education.Therefore,it is necessary to delineate the intervention boundaries of intelligent technology and safeguard the content and privacy space of co-education;to establish a balancing mechanism for intelligent algorithms and reset the roles and responsibilities of co-education subjects;and to deepen the value regulations of intelligent applications and realign the goals and effectiveness of co-education.
Empowering physical education evaluation reform with digital intelligence technology is a crucial measure to enhance students’ physical fitness.By using literature review and logical analysis, and focusing on students’ physical fitness, this study explores the connotation value and practical difficulties of deepening physical education evaluation reform through digital intelligence technology, and propose relief pathways. The study suggests that the failure to form an effective empowerment loop with digital intelligence technology, along with superficial data mining in result evaluation;the relatively weak application and implementation effect of digital intelligence technology,as well as inadequate digitalization in process evaluation;the insufficient interpretation and utilization of data results, together with unsmooth transformation of value-added evaluation data;and the limited ability of digital intelligence technology to avoid subjective bias alongside a lack of objectivity and fairness in comprehensive evaluation results.Based on this, the following mitigation measures are proposed:deeply exploring the data value of physical education result evaluation to enhance the enabling role of digital intelligence technology;deepening the practical application of digital intelligence technology to improve the digitalization level of physical education process evaluation;enhancing the ability to analyze and utilize data resources to improve the conversion efficiency of value-added evaluation data for physical education;standardizing the subjective judgment weights under digital intelligence technology to ensure the objectivity and fairness of comprehensive physical education evaluation.
Intelligent sports services that promote the physical health of adolescents are in line with the trend toward deeper integration of digital technology and sports education and address the persistent challenge of improving adolescents’ physical health. Using literature review and logical analysis, and drawing on the social ecological model, this study clarifies the functional positioning of intelligent sports services for promoting the physical health of adolescents along the logic of “scenario reconstruction, data-driven, and model innovation”. It then constructs an operational framework that monitors health risks through intelligent sports-medicine integration services, matches intervention supply and demand through tailored exercise prescriptions, and enhances the collaborative effectiveness through connected intelligent sports communities. The study also examines the practical limitations of this framework in implementation, such as data barriers and privacy conflicts, algorithm black boxes and scenario virtualization, lagging coordination mechanisms, and a shortage of interdisciplinary teacher. Based on this, the following practical strategies are proposed: strengthening the foundation of data security to improve adolescent health; optimizing algorithm logic and scenario adaptation to enhance the scientific validity of intelligent interventions for adolescent development; breaking down cross-departmental administrative barriers to enhance the sustainable governance of sports, medicine and health for adolescents; and innovating the training pathways to ensure the professionalism of adolescent health promotion.
The integrated governance of community sports, medical care and elderly care is not only an enduring research topic concerning an aging society in academic circles, but also a practical focus that needs urgent attention in grassroots health governance. Adopting research methods including literature review, field investigation and expert interviews, this study examines the adaptive logic between holistic governance theory and the integration of community sports, medical care and elderly care, and proposes holistic governance pathways to address the fragmentation problems existing in such integration. The study finds that the fragmented dilemmas of community sports-medical-elderly care integration stems from several key issues: divergent multi-dimensional value objectives caused by interest differences among multiple stakeholders, difficulties in overall policy coordination and integration due to fragmented top-level systems, functional barriers between departments resulting from the segmented management of organizational institutions, and non-standardized governance processes induced by the lack of holistic governance tools. In response to the above dilemmas, this study proposes targeted holistic governance paths: reshaping the goal and value system of integrated governance to meet the health needs of the elderly; optimizing the top-level institutional overall planning and formulating sustainable development plans for community integrated governance; strengthening cross-departmental collaboration between sports authorities and relevant sectors to promote the integrated development of public services; and empowering governance with comprehensive tools to realize refined and digital intelligent governance. This research thus aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the high-quality development of community sports-medical-elderly care integration.
Under the “double reduction” policy,“sports takeout” has rapidly emerged as a new type of off-venue extracurricular sports service. However, while breaking through traditional spatial boundaries,it has also triggered governance challenges such as spatial conflicts and industry disorder.Based on the theory of social practice, using methods such as literature review, field investigation and case analysis, starting from the micro-practice of the actors, this study examines the generative causes and current predicaments of “sports takeout”.It proposes multi-dimensional collaborative governance strategies to provide theoretical support and practical references for its high-quality and standardized development. The study holds that the current predicaments of “sports takeout” stem from field disorder leading to spatial crises, capital imbalance distorting the industry ecosystem, and habitus mismatch alienating the essence of education, among other structural contradictions.Based on this, the study presents a collaborative governance strategy framework of “field reconstruction, capital regulation, and habitus guidance”: formulate community space rules; build dual defense lines through commercial insurance and embedding existing resources; set up digital supervision platforms and implement grid-based comprehensive governance; use low-cost methods to supplement core capital; correct symbolic capital with micro-certificates and credit models; and employ algorithm mechanisms to reshape the logic of traffic; reshape parents' educational concepts through process visualization and risk notification; grant coaches professional identities; and strengthen contractual habitus through regulations.
Against the backdrop of China's exacerbating trend of low fertility and population aging, enhancing the health and well-being of both older adults and young children has emerged as a crucial challenge in advancing high-quality population development and supporting Chinese modernization.Serving as a novel intervention model that synergistically integrates health promotion for both generations, intergenerational physical activity offers a viable pathway to address this challenge.Conducting a scoping review of 16 representative domestic and international cases, this study introduces the framework of symbiosis theory to identify five forms of physical activity: walking, comprehensive training, dancing, outdoor games, and indoor games, along with four interaction modes: parallel, accompanying, guiding, and cooperative.Furthermore,it provides an in-depth analysis of how these distinct interaction modes directly yield differentiated health-promoting benefits across four dimensions: physical activity, physiological health, psychological well-being,and family relationships. The findings indicate that current practices face a dilemma of insufficient symbiosis concerning content design, interaction modes, and support systems.Accordingly, the study proposes pathways to construct a health promotion model for intergenerational physical activity with Chinese characteristics across three levels: symbiotic interface, symbiotic mode, and symbiotic environment. These insights aim to provide a theoretical and practical reference for navigating the demographic transition and optimizing health services for both older adults and young children.
The collaborative formation of national high-performance sports teams represents an important institutional innovation for deepening the reform of the competitive sports governance system and enhancing the governance effectiveness of national teams.Drawing on literature review, field research and normative analysis, this study systematically elucidates the value rationale of the collaborative formation of national sports teams, examines its major operational dilemmas and proposes targeted optimization pathways. The findings indicate that the collaborative formation mechanism can help restructure the resource supply and governance landscape of competitive sports, enrich the institutional connotations and governance dimensions of the new whole-nation system, expand the diversified construction models for national teams and institutional space, and promote the structural optimization and systematic upgrading of the competitive sports governance system. An examination of the implementation process reveals five concurrent dilemmas: imbalanced allocation of rights, responsibilities and interests and obstacles to multi-stakeholder collaboration; disparities in local carrying capacity and divergence in policy implementation; constraints in institutional supply and insufficient motivation for social participation; path dependence in performance evaluation and imbalances in incentive structures; and lagging legal safeguards coupled with the accumulation of institutional operational risks. In response, five optimization pathways are proposed: reconstructing the rights-responsibilities-interests system by establishing a governance structure featuring vertical coordination and horizontal collaboration; enhancing policy adaptability by improving differentiated guidance and category-based implementation mechanisms; activating social forces to cultivate a governance ecosystem characterized by multi-stakeholder collaborative participation; optimizing performance management by developing an evaluation system that integrates process tracking with outcome-oriented assessment; and strengthening institutional support by building a long-term mechanism for legal safeguards and risk early-warning.
This study selected a total of 99 matches from seven teams including Italy,Brazil,Japan, the United States,Poland,Türkiye and China in the 2024 Volleyball Women’s Nations League as research objects.Using literature review, video review and technical statistics, this study systematically compared the official FIVB data.It then conducted an in-depth evaluation of the gap between the offensive and defensive competitive levels of the Chinese women’s volleyball team and world-class teams,as well as the causes of the gap, aiming to provide scientific training references and competitive level improvement pathways for the team’s preparation for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics. The results show that the Chinese women’s volleyball team leads in height (190.67 cm),spike height (318.50 cm) and block height (306.50 cm),but fails to effectively convert these advantages into victories in key matches. The Chinese women’s volleyball team ranks first in spike scoring rate (45.77%) and setter arrival rate (21.56%) but fifth in reception arrival rate (23.30%) and block scoring rate (17.79%),amd the technical conversion efficiency is significantly lower than that of world-class teams such as Italy,Poland, and Brazil. There is a structural imbalance in the technical stability of the Chinese team: while it has the lowest service error rate (8.59%),it has the highest reception error rate (8.43%),reflecting significant fluctuations in competitive level under pressure.Especially in several matches, weaknesses in defensive resilience, key point execution and lineup stability were exposed.Accordingly, the Chinese women’s volleyball team needs to establish a dual-driven system of “technical refinement + systematic support”.(1) Technical level: refine spike route differentiation and coordinate block anticipation, develop a balanced tactic system for both attack and defense, strengthen pressure training for reception, and enhance the artistic quality of setters’ organization under adversity; (2) Support level: establish an injury monitoring and rehabilitation system, optimize the integration and inheritance mechanism between new and veteran players, strengthen physical and psychological conditioning, implement match-specific refined strategies, thereby systematically improving overall competitiveness and match resilience.

The release of new sports consumption potential driven by the first-mover economy and patient capital is a new engine for exploring the growth space of domestic demand and fostering new forms of sports consumption.By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis, and combining the policy orientation of sports and industrial data, this study systematically examines the connotation characteristics and internal connections of the first-mover economy, patient capital, and new sports consumption, analyzes the mechanisms and practical barriers of the release of new sports consumption potential driven by the dual drivers, and proposes practical directions. The research holds that the first-mover economy activates short-term consumption potential, while patient capital extends long-term consumption value. The two drivers facilitate the release of new sports consumption potential through supply-side innovation,demand-side cultivation, and ecological synergy. However, the dual-driver model of the first-mover economy and patient capital still faces practical barriers such as institutional blockages, capital contradictions,supply-demand imbalances, and technological obstructions.Based on these, practical directions are proposed:it is necessary to improve the market-oriented allocation of sports elements and the policy coordination system, build a phased capital supply and innovation value evaluation system, strengthen R&D innovation on the supply side and market cultivation on the demand side, and promote the construction of scenario-precise matching and data circulation systems.
Actively promoting the development of the first-mover economy and injecting new vitality into the release of sports consumption potential is an important way to vigorously boost sports consumption.Using the methods of literature review and logical analysis, this study systematically clarifies the basic connotation of sports consumption potential released through the first-mover economy, and reveals the logical mechanism from such aspects as diversified business forms, personalized innovation,multi-dimensional support, and all-round coverage. This study finds that in the process of releasing sports consumption potential through the first-mover economy, several problems exist, including an unbalanced structure of sports first-mover economy business forms, along with a shortage of emerging scenarios and first-mover supply;serious homogeneity competition of sports first-mover products,as well as a weak driving effect of innovation-driven development;an incomplete policy system with insufficient financial support and mechanism guarantees;and an unbalanced regional distribution with relatively lagging development of lower-tier markets.Based on this, the study proposes the following approaches: addressing the shortage in the first-mover supply of emerging sports and expanding the boundaries of first-mover economy scenarios in sports;establishing a personalized first-mover certification mechanism and building an innovation transformation and risk-sharing platform;formulating special top-level policies and action frameworks and constructing a diversified funding supply system;and promoting the quality improvement and upgrading of consumption carriers in lower-tier markets and smoothing resource linkage mechanisms.
Sports exhibitions are a crucial approach to promoting the concrete spirit, emotional connection and cultural promotion of sports events.Through interviews with 25 sports exhibition professionals and using the qualitative research method of the grounded theory, this study conducts open, axial and selective coding to construct a three-dimensional theoretical model of the scenario-based presentation of sports exhibitions. It holds that the scenario-based presentation of sports exhibitions encompasses three dimensional scenarios of competition,audio-video and ritual, highlighting the functions of concrete spirit, emotional connection and cultural promotion; It has value connotations such as perceiving the charm of competition, enhancing sponsorship returns, empowering the images of cities, spreading cultural heritage and embodying national identity. Therefore, the following development paths are proposed:creating interactive sensory experiences in stadiums to create virtual spaces for sports exhibitions;adapting to the multi-industry development trend to increase the consumption stickiness of sports events;projecting distinct urban identification to achieve interconnection and resonance in urban development;artistically representing cultural codes to extend the appeal of the ritual scenarios;and enhancing empathetic communication to stimulate emotions and get identifications.
The embedding of ethnic traditional sports culture into the spatial reproduction of ice and snow tourism destinations in northern China can facilitate the deep integration and high-quality development of culture, sports, tourism and commerce in the region.Using the methods such as literature review, case analysis and in-depth interviews, this study systematically investigates the theoretical logic and practical pathways of spatial reproduction in ice and snow tourism destinations in northern China. The findings indicate that the theoretical logic underlying the embedding of ethnic traditional sports culture into the spatial reproduction of these destinations is structured around three dimensions,i.e.geography,society and culture.Specifically, this involves the extension and integration of geographical space, the connection of social relations and industrial transformation, and the reshaping of cultural symbols and the upgrading of experiential quality, thereby achieving multifunctional optimization and value enhancement of ice and snow tourism spaces.Based on this, the study proposes practical pathways for the spatial reproduction of ice and snow tourism destinations in northern China, including: constructing a new composite tourism spatial organizational framework to achieve spatial optimization; improving tourism destination governance mechanisms, social management and public services; and enriching the content and quality of tourism products through cultural landscape spatial construction.
From the macroscopic perspective of inheriting the context of China’s outstanding traditional culture, the protection and inheritance of ice and snow sports culture serve as essential support for the continuation, promotion and innovative development of traditional sports culture. Based on the perspective of cultural memory, this study adopts the methods of literature review, field investigation and in-depth interview to systematically explore the protection and inheritance of China’s ice and snow sports culture from the perspective of cultural memory theory. The research holds that cultural memory theory focuses on the internal generative logic of national identity and cultural identity, which is highly consistent with the practice of protecting and inheriting of ice and snow sports culture, and provides a new research perspective for building a shared memory of ice and snow sports culture. At present, the protection and inheritance of China’s ice and snow sports culture are confronted with practical dilemmas such as the fading recognizability of symbolic systems, the intergenerational rupture of emotional connection, and the functional weakening of value chains. Accordingly, this paper proposes to follow the main thread of ice and snow sports cultural memory, achieve the collaborative governance by multiple subjects, and realize the protection, inheritance and innovation of ice and snow sports culture by reconstructing the symbolic memory, continuing the emotional memory, and activating the value memory.
