Digital technology empowers the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage in sports of the new era.Through the methods of literature and field investigation,this study examines its functional mechanisms and further proposes the promotion strategies.It suggests that digital technology,as a new engine,has new effects on the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage of sports,which functional mechanisms are manifested as reshaping the protection methods of intangible cultural heritage of sports,rebuilding its inheritance scenes,expanding the dissemination channels and improving the industrial forms.Based on the above,the promotion strategies are proposed from four aspects of accelerating the improvement of the data system,the development of virtual space,the utilization of digital media and the application of intelligent technology.
Based on the sample data of 1 250 urban elderly people in Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou,the study uses structural equation model and regression model to analyze the effects and mechanisms of digital integration,sports participation and digital back-feeding on the elderly people’s sense of gain from public sports services so as to provide references for improving the elderly people’s sports participation and sense of gain from public sports services.The results show that: digital integration has a significant positive effect on the elderly people’s sense of gain from public sports services;sports participation plays an intermediary role in it;digital back-feeding plays a positive moderating role in the elderly people’s sports participation and sense of gain from public sports services,namely the higher level the support of digital back-feeding is,the more significant positive effects digital integration has on the elderly people’s sports participation and the sense of gain from public sports services.
Digitalization empowering flexible governance of national fitness public services essentially represents the integration of digital technology and governance concepts,aiming to enhance the governance efficiency of public services for national fitness.Through the methods of literature review,field surveys and logical analysis,this study employs the SFIC model as analytical framework and the questions of why digital technology empowers,how digital technology empowers,the reasons behind “negative empowerment” and pathways for increased empowerment as research thought.It explores the intrinsic logic,implementation mechanisms,“negative empowerment” causes and optimization strategies of digital empowerment in the flexible governance of public services for national fitness.It concludes that the intrinsic logic of digital empowerment in the flexible governance of public services for national fitness is based on a people-centered “good governance” logic,a “sound governance” logic that enhances governance efficiency,and an “intelligent governance” logic that intertwines digitalization and governance.Through the analysis of the implementation mechanisms and practical scenarios of flexible governance in public services for national fitness using the SFIC model,it suggests that some practical issues still exist including a failure of govenance capacity at the subject level,a disorder in spatial governance at the spatial level,a loss of control over the scope of supervision at the technical level,and an imbalance in emotional recognition at the psychological level.Accordingly,the study proposes the following optimization strategies: at the subject level,establishing a pragmatic governance philosophy; at the spatial level,creating a collaborative and standardized spatial order; at the technical level,developing an open and transparent governance process; and at the psychological level,forming a governance system that fosters emotional recognition.
Digital transformation of physical education classroom teaching is an inevitable requirement to promote the high-quality development of school sports.Based on the perspective of TOE theory,this study makes a deep analysis on the mechanism,challenges and breakthrough pathways of digital transformation of physical education classroom teaching.It concludes that the mechanism of action of digital transformation of physical education classroom teaching is manifested as follows:At technological level,the digital transformation of physical education classroom teaching constructs the underlying architecture with digital technology;At organizational level,all-component collaboration and “student-centered” paradigm innovation drive the digital transformation of physical education classes;At environmental level,the multidimensional construction of educational space guarantees the digital transformation process of physical education classroom teaching.However,in the current transformation process there still exists realistic challenges:Digital teaching facilities are “insufficient in terms of quantity and quality”,and there is a lack of “digital sports+” composite talents;The endogenous capacity of educational subjects is weak,and the mechanism of organizational synergy and linkage is insufficient;The policy concept is biased,and the pathways of digitization is unclear.Accordingly,the breakthrough pathways are proposed:to promote the digital teaching scene in quantity and quality to broaden the means for cultivating “digital sports+” composite talents;to enhance the endogenous ability of teachers in digital transformation to build an inter-organizational all-factor linkage mechanism for sharing and co-construction;and to strengthen the top-level design of the digital transformation policy to optimize the environmental protection system for physical education classroom teaching.
The precise supply of after-school sports services and the improvement of quality and efficiency are important starting points to promote the after-school sports services from normal to high quality development.Using the methods of literature review,questionnaire surveys,interviews and logical analysis,from the four aspects of precise demand analysis,precise decision making,collaborative service output and dynamic evaluation feedback,this study clarifies the theoretical framework of the precise supply of after-school sports services in school physical education.It explores the difficulties existing in the process of promotion: In terms of demand,the identification ability is not strong,resulting in ambiguous supply targets;In terms of decision,the decision-making basis is unclear,resulting in the single decision-making body;In terms of execution,the collaboration mechanism is unsmooth,resulting in the insufficient momentum of services;In terms of evaluation,the service supervision and evaluation is ineffective,resulting in the mismatch between supply and demand.Accordingly,it puts forward the relief strategies: Adopting data-driven intelligence in data collection and analysis to enhance the capability for precise identification of demands;Systematizing decision-making processes to improve accuracy in decision-making processes;Improving collaborative efficiency among subjects to stimulate the momentum of service supply;And implementing comprehensive evaluations to maintain dynamic supply-demand equilibrium.
Under the further promotion of the education digitalization strategy,the digital transformation of school physical education has become an important issue in implementing the concept of “health first” and promoting the all-round development of students.Using the methods of literature review,in-depth interview and logical analysis,this study explores the inherent logic of the digital transformation of school physical education (PE) under the education digitalization strategy,systematically examines the obstacles and driving forces behind the digital transformation of school PE and proposes the practical paths.It suggests that the digital transformation of school PE is jointly driven by the interaction and integration of environmental,organizational,and technological factors.The main real obstacles to the current digital transformation of school PE include the inertia of traditional PE teaching and rigid management systems,the rapid iteration of technology coupled with lagging infrastructure construction,and shortages of digital talents along with inadequate training systems.The main driving forces include the support of policy guarantees,the leadership of technological innovation,the impetus of industrial integration,the expansion capabilities of diverse scenario applications,and the driving force of students’ all-round development.Based on the above,the practical paths are proposed:Improving the inertia of traditional PE teaching and establishing a comprehensive digital management system,enhancing the updating of digital equipment and improving the construction of campus digital infrastructure,and strengthening the cultivation of digital talents and innovating teaching practices for digital PE talents.
From the perspective of all factors of the new quality productive forces,this study delves into the logic and dilemmas in driving micro-renewal of public sports space and proposes feasible paths,in order to provide a novel theoretical framework and practical guidance for leveraging new quality productive forces to promote micro-renewal of public sports space,thereby driving the national fitness initiative to new heights.It identifies three dilemmas of imbalanced infrastructure,inefficient basic management and weak fundamental services.Accordingly,the study explores development paths for micro-renewal of public sports space,including reconciling demand tensions with coordinated urban-rural development,transforming governmental functions and optimizing information-sharing mechanisms,and building talent empowerment systems and enhancing digital service capabilities.
Mega sports events have transcended the realm of competitive sports and become a significant driving force for urban renewal.This study employs literature review and case analysis to explore the logical relationship between mega sporting events and urban renewal.From the perspective of stock renewal,it examines the practical issues of mega sporting events in promoting urban renewal in China,using the 2024 Paris Olympics as a case study to analyze its practical experience and derive insights.It suggests that urban renewal can continuously enhance a city’s capacity to host mega sporting events,while hosting such events accelerates urban renewal in multiple dimensions.However,in the practice of using mega sporting events to promote urban renewal in China,several issues still exist:a disconnect between event planning ideologies and urban renewal strategies,irrational incremental construction hindering regional sustainable development,difficulty in balancing short-term event benefits with long-term urban planning,and insufficient space for multi-stakeholder participation under government-led initiatives.The experience of the Paris Olympics demonstrates that prioritizing the use of existing resources,leveraging incremental construction to drive regional development,addressing actual urban needs,and encouraging multi-stakeholder participation are effective pathways for mega sporting events to accelerate urban renewal.In light of these,China should abandon the pursuit of spectacle-oriented event planning,scientifically plan incremental construction paths,integrate event planning with overall urban layout,and establish mechanisms for multi-stakeholder participation in urban renewal.
Active health is an important concept guiding the high-quality development of mass sports.This study uses literature review,field investigation,etc.to analyze the value orientation,restrictive factors,and guarantee mechanisms of “Sports Liaoning” construction from the perspective of active health,with the aim of helping Liaoning’s mass sports move towards a higher-quality development stage.It believes that in the face of the requirements of the active health concept,“Sports Liaoning” construction should be based on universal participation to promote the healthy lifestyle of Liaoning’s citizens;aim at universal prevention to build a Liaoning-style fitness service system;be led by universal health to promote the integration of sports,medicine and public health in Liaoning;and be guided by universal welfare to enhance the effectiveness of Liaoning’s mass sports development.However,the construction of “Sports Liaoning” faces barriers in terms of concepts,policies,resources and organizations.Based on these,the study proposes the guarantee mechanisms:building a publicity and education mechanism to promote the active health concept as a consensus in Liaoning;improving the policy and legal system to guide the integration of “Sports Liaoning” and active health;optimizing the resource supply mechanism to release the health promotion function of public sports services;and improving the organizational management mechanism to enhance the health service effectiveness of sports social organizations.
Elderly-friendliness of barrier-free physical health services is an important measure to enhance the happiness and sense of acquisition of the elderly in China,to improve the quality of the population and to build a harmonious socialist society.In order to accelerate high-quality development of elderly-friendliness of barrier-free physical health services,employing methodologies of literature review,field investigation and logical analysis,this study elucidates the theoretical foundations underlying elderly-friendliness of barrier-free physical health services.Through in-depth examination of three modes of barrier-free sports health care,barrier-free sports rehabilitation and barrier-free health promotion,it systematically identifies realistic obstructions in China’s current advancement of elderly-friendliness of barrier-free physical health services,involving misalignment between sports equipment design and elderly-friendly requirements,supply-demand mismatch in sports facilities,insufficient endogenous motivation within public sports services and deficiencies in sports management regulatory oversight.Accordingly,this study proposes some action paths including science and technology empowering infrastructure so as to catalyze new developmental momentum,improving the performance of infrastructure for elderly-friendly services so as to manifest humanistic care of elderly-friendly sports values,multiple co-governance innovation to reshape service mechanisms and regulatory standardization to optimize service models.
Meeting the people’s growing needs for a good life serves as the guiding principle and core essence for the development of public sports services.Under the background of an aging population,exploring the dilemmas and strategies for improving the quality of public sports services for the elderly has become the key to further advancing the sports work for the elderly.This paper proposes the ideal vision for good life guiding quality improvement of public sports services for the elderly from three aspects of government leadership,social collaboration and public participation.It reveals that currently,there are certain practical dilemmas between demand expression and service supply,the facilities and activity time,the allocation of resources and supply of talents,and policy implementation and grassroots feedback for public sports services for the elderly.Accordingly,this paper puts forward solutions,including perfecting the support network for material guarantees of public sports services,constructing a new mechanism for the time and space accessibility of public sports services,improving a new system for the element allocation of public sports service,and establishing a new model for dynamic adjustment of public sports services,so as to provide practical support for promoting the high-quality development of sports work for the elderly.
The new quality productive forces and the new whole nation system are the productive forces,production relations and superstructure with Chinese characteristics,driving the high-quality development of competitive sports.This study employs the methods such as literature review, expert interviews,field research,and case analysis to analyze the connotation and application scenarios,action logic of the synergistic support for competitive sports of new quality productivity and the new thole nation system,and then puts forward the mutual progress strategies.It suggests that in the field of competitive sports,the new quality productive forces are the power engine to build a new whole nation system,and the new system is a strong guarantee for the cultivation of new quality productive forces,ensuring the fine selection of talents and the training cycle,the scientific training and the organized competition preparation,and the integration of participation procedures and hosting competition.At the same time,in the context of the innovation of productive forces,competitive sports are prone to the problems of technology alienation,efficiency trap and over-supply.Under the guarantee of the new whole nation system,it is necessary to combine high-tech with orderly government leadership,high efficiency with optimized resource allocation,and high quality with meeting actual needs.Therefore,it is essential to adhere the “two-wheel drive” of scientific and technological innovation and system guarantee so as to deal with the risk of alienation of competitive sports;to realize inclusiveness according to local conditions and synergistic linkage so as to prevent the efficiency trap of competitive sports and to promote the virtuous circle of climbing the peak and benefiting the people so as to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of competitive sports.
Exploring the experience of cultivating ice and snow reserve talents in Russian campuses will contribute to the cultivation of campus ice and snow reserve talents in China and accelerating the construction of a sports power.Through the methods of literature review,logical analysis and comparative research,this study makes an in-depth analysis of the Russian campus training system for ice and snow reserve talents.It suggests that Russia has a relatively complete and mature campus ice and snow reserve talent training system,a sound sports policy and regulatory system for reserve talent training,a comprehensive and three-dimensional sports organization network system,a vertically integrated sports training system and a hierarchical sports competition system.The implications for China include deeply implementing sports policies and regulations for incorporating ice and snow sports into campuses,accelerating the construction of youth ice and snow sports organizations,optimizing the youth training system of ice and snow sports,and improving the youth competition system of ice and snow sports.
Centering on the new mission and tasks of China’s revitalizing “the Three Major Ball Games” initiative in the new era,and guided by the Party’s systemic concept and new development philosophy,this study employs the methods of literature review,field investigation and logical analysis to systematically examine the logical foundation and practical challenges of high-quality development in the Chinese Basketball Association (CBA) and proposes promotion strategies.It suggests that the logical foundation for the high-quality development of the CBA encompasses four dimensions:guidance from scientific development principles,integration of technological innovation to drive progress,coordinated development across all domains and high-efficient utilization of environmental resources.However,practical challenges still exist including insufficient understanding of scientific development principles leading to persistent negative behaviors,lagging technological innovation hindering quality improvement on both supply and demand sides,noticeable gaps in coordinated development across all domains resulting in inadequate multi-system collaboration mechanisms,and underutilization of abundant environmental resources despite their availability.Promotion strategies:strengthening the recognition of symbiotic relationships between clubs and broader societal systems to foster synergy among stakeholders;pursuing comprehensive technological innovation to accelerate the establishment of a dynamic adaptation mechanism for digitalized CBA supply-demand relations;promoting value co-creation to enhance the resilience and flexibility of the industrial chains on both supply and demand sides;and deeply embedding resource advantages into the broader environment to extend the CBA-related industrial chains.
This paper studies the legal justification,control logic and content construction of the judgment criteria for sports administrative penalties,analyzes its formulation,implementation and existing problems,and provides references for improving judgment criteria system for sports administrative penalties in China.It argues that the formulation right of judgment criteria for sports administrative penalties is authorized by China’s constitution,and the legal justification is based on its legitimacy determination,which is reasonable and legitimate,focusing on control logic and source of power and achieving the unity of sports administrative autonomy and legal constraints.From its formulation to execution process,the principles of legality,proportionality and openness are implemented,which is supervised by national public power,such as the public and social forces,balancing self-discipline and heteronomy and ensuring the effectiveness and goodness of internal norms.Sports administrative discretionary power is constructed in five settings of anti-doping,high-risk sports project management,public cultural and sports facilities,sports events and sports lottery,enhancing the institutionalization and fairness of sports administrative enforcement of law.
Using literature reviews and logical analysis methods,the study explores the power mechanisms,practical problems and promotion paths of the transformation and upgrading of China’s ice and snow industry under the perspective of high-quality development.The study concludes that the driving force of policy guarantee,the driving force of factor supply,the driving force of market demand and the driving force of international competition together constitute the driving mechanism of the transformation and upgrading of China’s ice and snow industry under the perspective of high-quality development.However,the current transformation and upgrading of China’s ice and snow industry is still facing insufficient viscosity and depth of participation in ice and snow sports,and the potential of the consumer market needs to be stimulated;the structure of the ice and snow industry and the layout of the industry is imbalanced,and the industrial value chain is in need of extension;the independent innovation ability and the awareness of the service is not high,and the core competitive advantage needs to be strengthened urgently;the policy supply is limited in its support and guarantee,and the environment of the industrial development needs to be optimized and other issues.Accordingly,we propose to promote the paths:strengthen the viscosity of ice and snow sports participation and market foundation,cultivate new momentum of ice and snow consumption upgrade;promote the optimization of ice and snow industry structure and industry integration,giving rise to a new ecological industry value chain;accelerate the key core technology research and service enhancement,to create a new competitive advantage in the international market;improve the supply of ice and snow industry policy and protection mechanism,shaping the development of the ice and snow industry in a new pattern.
Achieving the high-quality development of the ice and snow economy in the new era is an important initiative to promote the high-quality development of sports industry and accelerate the construction of a sports power.Using the methods of literature and logical analysis,this paper explores the realistic basis for the high-quality development of the ice and snow economy in the new era,analyzes its existing challenges and proposes promotion strategies.It is found that the high-quality development of ice and snow economy in the new era has solid practical foundations in terms of governance ability,subdivision of business formats,overall industrial development and consumer market,but it is still faced with some challenges such as limited overall scale,governance level to be further improved,unbalanced regional development,poor innovation ability,insufficient supply of high-quality products and services,and weak vitality of business entities.Accordingly,the promotion strategies are proposed to strengthen the support of factors to ensure the growth of the total economic output of ice and snow economy,to strengthen environmental guarantee to improve the level of ice and snow economic governance,to coordinate planning and layout to promote the coordinated development of ice and snow economic regions,to intensify innovation to promote the optimization and upgrading of the ice and snow industry structure,to focus on consumer demands to improve the supply quality of ice and snow supply,and to accelerate the cultivation of business entities to stimulate the vitality of snow and ice business operations.
The experience of ice and snow tourism has become a crucial factor in driving the tourism development of Northeast China.Utilizing documentary research and logical analysis methods,this study examines the value,real challenges and optimization paths of ice and snow tourism in Northeast China from the perspective of the experience economy,which goal is to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the sustainable development of ice and snow tourism.It reveals that ice and snow tourism in Northeast China showcases unique values in entertainment,education,leisure and aesthetics:the integration of ice and snow sports with fun activities enhances entertainment value;the synergy between ice and snow culture and skill learning boosts educational value;the combination of emotional consumption with mental relaxation deepens leisure value;and the interaction between ice and snow landscapes and artistic creation enhances aesthetic value.The real challenges faced for ice and snow tourism in practice in Northeast China include a lack of innovation in ice and snow entertainment,a shortage of educational resources,limited leisure time,and ecological pressures on ice and snow landscapes.Based on these findings,the study proposes optimization paths including promoting diversified innovation in ice and snow projects,enhancing the excavation of educational resources,extending the duration of ice and snow tourism,and maintaining a balance for the development of ice and snow resources.
The neighboring regions of Hunan,Chongqing and Guizhou,as an interprovincial area in inland China rich in folk sports,urgently needs to enhance the effectiveness of collaborative governance in village folk sports.Based on the theory of regional collaborative governance,taking the Xiangxi ancient town dragon boat race as an example,this study adopts literature review,field investigation and logical analysis to examine the current conditions,constraints and optimization paths of regional collaborative governance of folk sports governance in neighboring villages across the region.It finds that the current regional collaborative governance of village folk sports has initially established a collaborative foundation based on regional culture,and the system prototype of event linkage and cultural inheritance under the leadership of the government.At the same time,in the cooperative governance of village folk sports there are some constraints such as weak cooperative foundation and lack of cooperative motivation and experience,vague responsibility of governance and limited role of guiding and motivating,lack of policy supply and fragmentation of regional coordination process,and imbalanced supervision mechanism and evaluation and feedback to be implemented.Accordingly,the study proposes the following optimization paths:consolidating the foundation of collaboration and stimulating governance momentum,clarifying governance responsibilities and establishing a dynamic balance mechanism,strengthening top-level design and promoting regional coordination,and improving the supervision system and fostering a community of shared values.
In the current era of accelerating globalization,the internationalization of Chinese Wushu is faced with an important transformation to high-quality development.Starting from the enhancement of the internationalization effectiveness of Chinese Wushu can help to promote the development of Chinese Wushu into a new stage of high-quality development.Therefore,this study takes the foreigners in China as study object,uses the methods of literature,questionnaire survey and expert interview to evaluate the effectiveness of Chinese Wushu internationalization.The results show that the internationalization of Chinese Wushu has the problems of breadth constrained,depth hindered and speed impeded.Accordingly,it is urgent to explore the strategies for the high-quality development of Chinese Wushu internationalization from the paths of “pan-regionalization” through deep and intensive cultivation,“proactive consciousness” through anchoring and sifting and “examining each other” through mutual understanding.
