Parent education in youth sports participation can optimize parental behaviors,enhance parental educational skills,and promote youth sports participation.Using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,based on discussion of its connotation and values,analysis of current dilemmas and systematical review of the experiences of developed countries in exploring the needs,content design,and implementation of parent education in youth sports participation,this paper puts forward some Chinese strategies to promote the development of parent education in youth sports participation:Enhancing the importance of parent education research to promote its development through the efforts of the whole society;Exploring the needs of parent education to construct a local content system of parent education and to cultivate professional talents for parent education;Exploring the practical pathways for Chinese-style parent education to promote parent education to be a “compulsory course” in youth sports participation.

Constructing governance community for the Chinese Super League (CSL) is a crucial approach to restructuring the league’s multi-stakeholder interest framework,resolving development challenges,and ensuring its sustainable development.This study through the methods of literature review,questionnaires and semi-structured interviews,identifies the theoretical framework,core stakeholders and basic connotations of the CSL governance community.It finds that deficiencies in the CSL’s regulatory system,inadequate institutional design,and insufficient drivers of sustainable development are significant obstacles to community construction.The study also highlights key drivers including the leadership roles of the Chinese Communist Party and major governing bodies,the league’s incentive mechanisms,the power balance and resource complementarity among stakeholders,and the uncertainties in the league’s development environment.Based on these findings,the study proposes several development pathways including strengthening the policy and regulatory framework to lay a solid environmental foundation for collaborative governance,improving institutional arrangements to ensure a balanced representation of diverse stakeholder interests,fostering trust capital among stakeholders to reduce transaction costs associated with negotiations,promoting organizational reform in the CSL governing body to enhance operational efficiency within governance community and establishing accountability mechanisms to support the long-term sustainability of the governance framework.

The existence of uncertainty significantly challenges the deterministic ideals that traditional sports modernization aims to establish.Yet,it also provides vital perspective through which people can understand sports modernization in the process of Chinese modernization.This paper utilizes a theoretical framework centered on “uncertainty” in modernization and analyzes the various dimensions of sports modernization,including its processes,methodologies,outcomes,actors and environments from the standpoint of “synchronic and diachronic” features of modernization.It identifies several uncertainty challenges that sports modernization faces,such as partial delays and governance complexities,technological disruptions and paradigm shifts,over reliance on paths and cognitive inertia,resource imbalances and conflicting interests,as well as human-induced risks and evolving conflicts.In response to these challenges,the paper puts forward a series of countermeasures to facilitate theoretical transformation:transitioning from “categorical diagnosis” to “comprehensive understanding” in cognitive approach,shifting from “reactive risk management” to “uncertainty-driven innovation” in paradigm change,moving from “western-centric” to “localized discourse” in research focus,evolving from “structural assumptions” to “ontological reflection” in conceptual development,and adopting a shift from “pre-determined space-time” to “dynamic space-time reconstruction” in research perspective.Furthermore,the paper aims to drive practice turn:advancing towards a more balanced and high-quality sports modernization,implementing dynamic and adaptive optimization strategies,leveraging high-level openness to drive endogenous growth,fostering collaborative synergy among key stakeholders,and establishing a resilient governance framework for sports.Ultimately,this paper seeks to offer both theoretical grounding and practical direction for sports modernization,contributing to the overall goal of building a sports power.

Sports modernization is an important part of Chinese modernization.This paper systematically expounds the theoretical logic,historical logic and practical logic of sports modernization in the process of Chinese modernization by using the method of documentation and logical analysis.It suggests that the theoretical logic of sports modernization in the process of Chinese modernization encompasses three aspects:the inheritance and development of Marxist modernization theory,the inheritance and promotion of century-long exploration of Communist Party of China’s sports thoughts,and the extension and innovation of the five major connotations of Chinese modernization.The historical logic includes four stages: saving China by sports,rejuvenating China by sports,serving China by sports and strengthening China by sports.Accordingly,the practical logic is put forward: optimizing the public service of national fitness to improve the people’s happiness index,promoting the balanced development of urban and rural sports to release the effect of common wealth,focusing on sports culture innovation and communication to condense spiritual power,promoting the green transformation of sports ecology to build symbiotic relationship,and deepening the global dialogue on sports diplomacy to promote governance changes.

School physical education is a key component in advancing educational modernization and implementing the strategy of sports power.New quality productive forces,characterized by high efficiency and high performance,can activate the diverse functions and comprehensive value of school physical education,providing a new “blue ocean” for its high-quality development.This study utilizes literature review and logical analysis to elucidate the intrinsic characteristics and logical pathways and implementation paths of the high-quality development of school physical education empowered by new quality productive forces.It suggests that new quality productive forces can promote innovation,coordination,green,openness and shared development in school physical education.The logical pathways are reflected in providing driving force,supports,expansion and synergy for the high-quality development of school physical education through technological innovation,optimization of elements,resource openness and cross-boundary circulation.The implementation paths include: strengthening innovation-driven development to foster innovative development in school physical education,optimizing resource allocation to achieve coordinated development in school physical education,constructing a green ecological environment to promote green development in school physical education,enhancing internal and external linkages to promote open development in school physical education,and focusing on cooperative innovation to achieve shared development in school physical education.

Campus basketball curriculum has an important role in improving teenagers’ athletic abilities,promoting their healthy behaviors and cultivating their sports virtues.This paper uses the methods of literature review,logical analysis and comparative analysis to explore the relevant issues in campus basketball curriculum teaching under the background of the revitalization of the “Three Big Balls”.It indicates that under the background of the revitalization of “Three Big Balls”,campus basketball curriculum teaching is currently confronted with several practical dilemmas:Administrators’ overemphasis on intellectual education at the expense of physical education leads to the inability to offer sufficient and complete physical education courses;Teachers’ excessive focus on technical skills rather than the educational essence results in the ineffective realization of the nurturing value in basketball curriculum;The misalignment of teaching,learning and evaluation in curriculum design makes it arduous to objectively evaluate students’ core competencies.The disparity between a large number of students and a scarcity of basketball courts during the course implementation phase severely undermines the teaching efficacy.On the basis of analyzing the causes of the practical dilemmas,further solutions are proposed:Breaking the shackles of administrators’ fixed concepts to promote the teaching reform of campus basketball curriculum from top to bottom; Guiding the transformation of the educational concepts of basketball teachers to drive teaching innovation and the students’ all-round development;Reconstructing the system of consistency among teaching,learning and assessment to achieve the all-round educational goals of the campus basketball curriculum;And optimizing resource allocation and innovating teaching strategies to overcome the constraints of campus basketball court resources.

Focusing on the new tasks and goals of the “Simultaneous Advancement of Five Dimensions of Education” for talent cultivation and the “Four-in-One” approach for school physical education in China,based on the perspective of complex adaptive systems theory,this study employs literature review and logical analysis to systematically dissect the logical pathways and practical dilemmas of high-quality development in school physial education,and propose the practical strategies.It identifies that the logical pathways for the high-quality development of school physical education encompass three aspects: goal-driven of environmental innovation,regulatory guidance of authoritative assurance,and behavioral game of subject adaptation.However,there are current practical dilemmas,including the urgent need to improve multi-system cooperation and coordination mechanisms,significant shortcomings in both software and hardware infrastructure coupled with insufficient developmental momentum,and a lack of effective support for the implementation and assurance of tasks in basic teaching stages.Base on these,the practical strategies are proposed:Advancing system linkage by the collective strength of talents,through the guidance of environmental policies at macro-level; Creating engines for resource optimization and balanced sharing,through the empowerment of technological innovation at meso-level; Promoting the implementation of new tasks in the new era,through enhancing the intrinsic drive for collaboration among stakeholders at micro-level.

Sports colleges and universities play a vital role in the construction of sports power and healthy China.Curriculum ideological and political education in sports colleges and universities is an important link in the cultivation of sports talents,and teachers are the key factors in the construction of curriculum ideological and political education.By the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper studies and judges the trend of the construction of curriculum ideological and political education in sports colleges and universities,and analyzes its realistic predicaments,which contain that teachers’ ideological and political literacy needs to be improved,which leads to the blocked implementation motivation of curriculum ideological and political education; the lack of realistic observation in the teaching process,which leads to the deficiency of classroom teaching affinity; the insufficient connection of collaborative education,which leads to the limited joint force of system construction; and the deficient interactive mechanism of teaching evaluation,which leads to the weakened overall effectiveness of curriculum ideological and political education.Accordingly,it proposes some teacher’s strategies for the construction of ideological and political education in sports colleges and universities,including teaching preparation based on investigation and research,teaching exploration based on targeted positioning,and teaching reflection based on improving its quality and efficiency.

The core characteristic of teachers’ professional development lies in its independency.Generative artificial intelligence (GAI) contributes to enhancing teachers’ professional independent development,which is a key force to promote the development of education in the future.This paper uses case study method and field investigation method to study the concept connotations,interaction mechanism,application scenarios and application strategies of GAI empowering physical education teachers’ professional independent development.It indicates that there is an internal interaction mechanism among the technical features of GAI including high intelligent interaction,creative generation,universal applicability and customization and the endogenous motivation of physical education teachers’ professional independent development,digital learning community of physical education teachers and their educational equity development.At the same time,GAI plays an important role in the application scenarios of physical education teachers’ higher-order thinking training,teaching and research work,physical education teaching scene preview,independent learning effectiveness evaluation and independent development planning.However,there are still risks such as digital ethics,value bias and false information generation in practical applications.Base on these,the application strategies are proposed:to establish and improve policies and regulations to strengthen the ethical compliance and applicability of the empowerment of GAI;to improve the level of intelligent tool research and development to build a self-education model for local specialized physical education teachers;and to enhance the practice of intelligent training for teachers to improve the digital literacy of physical education teachers.

The policy attribute determines its implementation mode,which is an important factor affecting policy effectiveness.Exploring the dynamic transformation of the implementation mode by adjusting the “ambiguity-conflict” attribute is a beneficial attempt to alleviate the current difficulties in implementing school sports policies.Using logical analysis and case analysis as the main research methods,this study deeply elaborates on the theoretical framework and practical approaches of the transformation of the implementation modes of school sports policies.It believes that pattern classification based on attribute recognition is the foundation of the transformation of the implementation modes of school sports policies in China,the correction of dominant elements based on specific contexts is the key to mode transformation,and the adjustment of “ambiguity-conflict” attributes is the basic guideline for pattern transformation.On the basis of clarifying the basic logic of mode transformation,combined with grassroots experience in policy implementation,the study proposes the transformation enlightenments including high-level promotion to stimulate the driving force of mode transformation,community construction to reduce mode transformation obstacles,digital empowerment to improve mode transformation efficiency and institutional construction to alleviate the pressure of mode transformation.

The discourse system of “proactive health” reflects the ideology in China’s health and healthcare field.It is a concrete manifestation of China’s health system construction.In the societal context of health governance transformation in the new era,this study uses theoretical analysis and logical analysis to meticulously construct the discourse system of “proactive health”,to delineate the three distinct independent structural modalities of policy discourse,academic discourse and public discourse,to illustrate the problem-driven,theory-directed,goal-oriented,demand-based and internationally leading writing orientation,and to highlight the internal tension of health as purpose,pro-activity as central mechanism,and centered on people as the core.Deeply understanding the logic,values and laws inherent in the discourse system of “proactive health” will help to empower the construction of China’s independent discourse system and Healthy China,and to boost the steady and long-term progress of Chinese modernization.

This research employs the methods of literature review,investigation and interview,and term frequency analysis to explore the value orientation,practical dilemmas and optimization strategies of the connotative development of Village BA and Village Super League,aiming to accurately grasp the sustainable development direction of sporting events,facilitating the release of the value and functions of sporting events,and enriching the theoretical connotations of rural sporting events.It indicates that the value orientation of the connotative development of Village BA and Village Super League is mainly manifested in the aspects such as the creation of cultural scenarios,the integrated development of multiple business forms,the innovation of event organization models,the participation in rural social governance,and the synergy of urban and rural development.Focusing on the five major practical dilemmas of “de-administratization”,“de-commercialization”,“de-competition”,“de-mainstream”,“de-scenario” and their corresponding relationships,it proposes the optimization strategies for the connotative development of Village BA and Village Super League:multi-subject collaborative governance taking government functions as the fundamental guarantee,commercial inclusive participation dominated by the transformation of event IP benefits,the enhancement of the connotation of event subjects centered on competitive viewing experiences,the construction of digital media platforms emphasizing collective emotional interaction,and the creation of cultural scenarios with the theme of urban-rural development synergy.

The construction of rural public sports services is an important part of building a higher level of public service system for national fitness and promoting rural revitalization.However,there are still many problems in the development of rural public sports services,and the existing researches lack the consideration of time cost,which affects the construction effectiveness.This paper adopts the content analysis method to systematically sort out the relevant literature on segmental advancement at home and abroad from 1990 to 2024,to construct the doctrinal framework of segmental advancement theory,and to elucidate the logical relationship among the segmental advancement theory,time cost and structural factors.The results show that segmental advancement theory can effectively save time cost and improve the quality and efficiency of the project by decomposing the overall goal into phased tasks.Time cost,as a key regulating factor,interacts closely with structural factors such as policy institutions,funding system,talent teams and supply system,etc.By promoting the construction of rural public sports services in phases and in a focused manner,the structural factors can be optimized and the construction goal can be facilitated to complete efficiently within the task cycle.Based on the main problems of the current rural public sports services,the segmented promotion strategies of the structural factors of rural public sports services are proposed to provide theoretical guidance for the efficient development of rural public sports services.

The Olympic Movement plays an important role in promoting social inclusion.Based on the methods of literature and logical analysis,this study draws on Richard Bailey’s social inclusion framework and analyses the internal logic and value presentation paths of the Olympic Movement in promoting social inclusion from the four dimensions of social inclusion,including space,function,relation and power.It suggests that the Olympic Movement has played a positive role in promoting four different dimensions of social inclusion.Dimension of space:Enhancing the proximity among social members by narrowing the economic gap between groups,promoting international understanding and friendship and improving the exchange and reference of global multiculturalism.Dimension of function:Improving the comprehensive capabilities of social individuals by improving individual comprehensive literacy,shaping individual social inclusion awareness and creating an environment for individual ability development,so that individuals can drive the inclusive development of the society as a whole.Dimension of Relation:Improving effectively the sense of belonging and identity of individuals by enhancing the self-esteem of vulnerable groups,stimulating and cultivating a sense of community and generating global recognition.Dimension of power:Maintaining the relative balance of sports power by promoting the rational allocation of sports resources,ensuring the relative equality of sports power and building a voluntary,equal and win-win governance model.

With the help of system science theory,this research constructs the evaluation index system of subject demand motivation,clarifies the relationship of multiple subject demand based on the demand iceberg theory,analyzes the constraints in China’s competitive basketball reserve talent cultivation mechanisms,and thus further puts forward the optimization strategies.It suggests that managers,coaches,teachers and athletes are the core participants in China’s competitive basketball reserve talent cultivation mechanisms,and the coordination and satisfaction of their multi-level needs is an important condition for the efficient operation of the mechanism.In this process,the cooperative game among their own interests leads to contradictions and constraints from time to time,and then leads to problems such as mismatch of high-quality resources,low-quality grassroots training,and uneven team development.Accordingly,the optimization strategies are put forward:Government coordination and institutional guarantee are applied to promote the rule of law in talent cultivation;High-quality resource supply-demand bridge is constructed to integrate high-tech into the sports training process;And subject ideology and ability reinforcement are improved to build a professional talent cultivation team.

As a new type of production factor,sports data factors have become an important support to drive the development of new quality productive forces.Using literature,logical analysis and other research methods,the study explores the action mechanisms,practical bottlenecks and promotion paths of sports data factors driving the development of new quality productive forces.It concludes that the action mechanisms are manifested in the fact that sports data factors drive the in-depth application of sports science and technology,empower the upgrading of sports production and manufacturing,promote the synergy and cooperation of sports-related subjects,and expand the boundaries of the development of sports industry.In the process of sports data elements driving the development of new quality productive forces,it still faces some practical bottlenecks of insufficient high-quality supply and weak technical application capacity;lagging infrastructure construction and insufficient mining of sports data value;difficulties in confirming property rights and conflicts of interest in the open use of sports data;weak privacy and security protection capacity,and lack of market supervision.Accordingly,the promotion paths are proposed to improve the supply level of sports data factors to enhance the technical application capacity;to accelerate the construction of sports data infrastructure to explore the value of data in depth;to clarify the attribution of property rights of sports data factors to build a long-term operation mechanism;and to guarantee the compliant operation of sports data factors to improve the market supervision system.

The proposal of new quality productive forces has offered a new thinking of “quality promotion through novelty” for the advancement of China’s sports goods manufacturing industry towards high-quality development.By employing research methods of literature review and logical analysis,this study explores the evolution trend of new quality productive forces in the sports goods manufacturing industry based on the analysis of its essential meaning.It suggests that in the four dimensions of new laborers,new labor objects,new labor tools and new infrastructure,there emerge evolutionary tendencies respectively from skill improvement to innovative application,from passive exploration to active value addition,from “additive” integration to “multiplicative” escalation,and from ensuring basic operation to multi-dimensional empowerment.Accordingly,the practical paths for the formation of new quality productive forces in sports goods manufacturing industry are proposed:driving the intellectualization of human resources to realize the quality escalation of new laborers;deepening the application of object digitalization to promote innovative practices of new labor objects;enhancing the efficiency of technology transformation to accelerate the iteration of new labor tools;and reinforcing the supply foundation to expedite the layout of new infrastructure.

The high-quality development of ice and snow tourism industry is an important component of the construction of sports power,and digital technology has provided strong momentum for it.This paper uses literature and logical analysis to explain the action mechanisms,application scenarios,practical dilemmas and implementation paths of digital technology empowering high-quality development of ice and snow tourism industry.The results show that digital technology plays a significant role in improving the development efficiency of ice and snow tourism industry,promoting the upgrading of industrial structure,and promoting management model innovation.In the application scenarios,virtual reality technology innovates the immersive experience of ice and snow tourism,Internet of Things technology improves the level of intelligent management,cloud computing technology develops a new marketing model,and big data technology improves services quality.However,the high-quality development of ice and snow tourism industry empowered by digital technology still faces many practical dilemmas,such as the prominent phenomenon of digital divide,the difficulty in solving isolated data island,hidden dangers in data security,the shortage of digital and ice and snow high-end compound professional talents,and the need for sound institutional construction.Accordingly,the implementation paths are proposed: accelerating the bridging of the digital divide in the ice and snow tourism industry,solving the problem of isolated data island in the ice and snow tourism industry,strengthening data security protection in ice and snow tourism,cultivating digital compound talents for ice and snow tourism industry,and promoting the construction of digital ice and snow tourism system.

The “fandom culture” has spread into the field of sports,causing concerns from all walks of life.This paper analyzes the derived logic of “fandom culture” in sports from sports itself,examines its realistic dilemmas and puts forward the way to reform.It is believed that the development of “fandom culture” into sports circle is the inevitable result of the natural aura and flow of athletes’ competitive achievements,the blessing of sports marketization and commercialization,the social participation of fans in the new media era,and the maintenance of group relations under the community of interest.The realistic dilemmas of “fandom culture” in sports are examined from four dimensions:of individual dimension,the self-lost of emotional expression;of group dimension,the blind obedience to discipline and suppression;of social dimension,the consumption vortex surrounded by capital;and of cultural dimension,the loss of pan-entertainment discourse.Based on these,the way to promote the healthy development of “fandom culture” in sports are proposed:respecting individual demands to strengthen the whole-process educational guidance;updating circle rules to perfect organizational norms and mechanisms;strengthening capital supervision to make capital return to service original intention;and carrying forward the Chinese sports spirit to enhance value leadership.

Promoting Chinese excellent traditional sports culture is a powerful means to consolidate the consciousness of the Chinese nation as a community and a spiritual pillar for enhancing national cohesion and building a sports power.By using the methods of text analysis and logical reasoning,this paper analyzes the characteristics and values of promoting Chinese excellent traditional sports culture in the game “Black Myth:Wukong” from the perspective of embodied cognition It suggests that “Black Myth:Wukong” promotes Chinese excellent traditional sports culture through standing out role interaction and body perception in action performance,embodying the concept of unity of body and mind and internal and external cultivation,and conveying the values of inheriting traditions and innovative integration.It also highlights the values of indicating the application of ancient wisdom in modern times through audio-visual symbols integrating traditional martial arts, enhancing cultural confidence through the narrative of “Journey to the West” that conveys the original spirit,and shaping ideological concepts through interactive mechanisms containing ideological and political education.Based on these,this paper draws enlightenment such as continuing the cultural heritage of traditional sports to enhance the influence and appeal of sports culture,promoting the Chinese sports spirit to strengthen the spiritual pillar of national cultural soft power,empowering the innovation of sports culture to release the efficiency of the coordinated development of culture,sports and tourism,as well as strengthening the development of traditional Chinese sports culture to deepen the implication of the cross-disciplinary integration and mutual learning of school sports.
