This study examines the connotation，practical challenges，and implementation strategies of community sports health governance from the perspective of active health by employing literature review，policy text analysis，and inductive analysis.The analysis shows that current practice still faces several challenges，including a mismatch between resource allocation and demand，insufficient sustained participation among residents，incomplete multi-stakeholder collaboration mechanisms，limited data governance capacity，and insufficient long-term financial support.These challenges hinder the transformation of community sports from activity-based provision to broader health promotion.In response，the study proposes that community sports health governance should be oriented toward health outcomes.It should optimize the allocation of community sports resources，strengthen residents’ health literacy and capacity for sustained participation，develop multi-stakeholder collaboration mechanisms involving sports and health departments，communities，and social organizations，improve data governance rules and platform coordination mechanisms，and optimize the investment structure while strengthening performance evaluation.These strategies can help develop a community-based，sports-enabled，and digitally supported approach to community sports health governance，offering a reference for promoting health for all and advancing health equity.

Embodied interactive narrative provides an important opportunity for the innovation design of ideological and political education in physical education.Literature analysis，logical analysis and field investigation are comprehensively adopted in this study.The innovation design of ideological and political education in physical education from the perspective of embodied interactive narrative is profoundly expounded.The practical situation of current teaching innovation of ideological and political education in physical education is deeply analyzed，and corresponding practical paths are put forward.It is held in the study that，as a new narrative mode emerging with digital intelligence technology，embodied interactive narrative contains unique views of “body”，“interaction” and “experience”.Teaching concepts of ideological and political education in physical education are updated，teaching paradigms are innovated，and teaching effectiveness is enhanced by embodied interactive narrative.From the perspective of embodied interactive narrative，this study identifies several dilemmas encountered： single supply of ideological and political materials，disembodied design of teaching methods，fixed creation of teaching situations，and delayed feedback of teaching evaluation.Accordingly，ideological and political materials matched with embodied interactive narrative are accurately selected in teaching practice.Diversified teaching methods with multi-dimensional body presentation are innovatively designed.Teaching situations with dynamic connections between virtual and real fields are constructed.Teaching evaluation and feedback oriented to immersive experience generation are improved.

Establishing an autonomous knowledge system for football is an inherent requirement for the development of sports studies with Chinese characteristics and an important support for the construction of the football major. By employing literature review and logical analysis，this study elucidates the theoretical logic of constructing an autonomous knowledge system for China’s football from the perspectives of building a disciplinary system，an academic system，and a discourse system. It systematically deconstructs the development laws of football，independently addresses the development dilemmas of China’s football，and enhances China’s discourse power in the field of football. The study finds that the construction of an autonomous knowledge system for China’s football still faces practical constraints such as structural closure and insufficient integration within and outside the disciplinary system，biased directionality and knowledge transformation failure in the academic system，and insufficient content extraction and weak promotion in the discourse system. Based on this，practical paths are proposed： structurally optimizing China’s football disciplinary system，innovating training concepts based on the systematic characteristics of football，constructing a results-oriented curriculum system，and promoting interdisciplinary integration； systematically strengthening China’s football academic system by identifying the crux of football development issues，building a multidimensional academic platform，and improving scientific research support； and holistically constructing China’s football discourse system by exploring the essence of Chinese football culture，nurturing localized football philosophy，and optimizing the professional terminologies and concepts of football culture dissemination.

Deeply implementing the artificial intelligence （AI）-empowered education initiative and strengthening the application of AI technology among physical education （PE） teachers in primary and secondary schools are important measures to accelerate the modernization of education.By employing methods of literature review and logical analysis，this study explores the contemporary demands，mechanisms of action and implementation pathways of AI technology application among primary and secondary school PE teachers.The study holds that the application of AI technology among primary and secondary school PE teachers highlights the contemporary demands of policy-driven development，technological evolution and value co-creation.Its mechanisms center on cognitive upgrading，tool evolution，scenario integration，and organizational collaboration，deepening the application of technology through literacy improvement，digital-intelligent connectivity，embodied application，and human-machine collaboration.However，in the process of AI technology application，primary and secondary school PE teachers still face practical dilemmas such as uneven distribution of technological resources，weak tool operation skills，overly concentrated application scenarios，and lagging service platform construction.Based on this，the implementation pathways are proposed： optimizing technology application resources and improving the digital literacy of PE teachers；strengthening the operation skills of technical tools and deepening the teaching application of PE teachers；expanding technology application scenarios and reshaping PE teachers’ embodied practice；and building technology application platforms and optimizing the organizational management of PE teachers.

The high-quality and balanced development of urban and rural physical education in the stage of digital empowerment compulsory education is an important starting point for building a high-quality physical education system with people’s satisfaction and fairness. By using the methods of literature and logical analysis，on the basis of systematically clarifying the theoretical logic of the high-quality and balanced development of urban and rural physical education in the stage of digitally empowered compulsory education，aiming at the current existing practical bottlenecks include the construction of digital infrastructure is not balanced，uneven cultivation of teachers’ digital literacy，the adaptability of sports digital education resources is insufficient，and the effectiveness of deep technological application is limited.This paper puts forward to improve the level of digital infrastructure construction and promote the sharing of high-quality resources of urban and rural physical education in the compulsory education stage；optimize the allocation of sports digital education resources to meet the diversified needs of urban and rural sports education in the compulsory education stage；optimize the design of sports digital education resources to meet the diversified needs of urban and rural physical education in the compulsory education stage；deepen the integration of digital technology and physical education，and promote the innovative development of urban and rural physical education in the compulsory education stage.

Improving the discourse interaction structure in smart physical education classrooms is a crucial pathway to enhancing the quality and efficiency of classroom teaching. Employing methods such as literature review and conversation analysis，this study transcribes and conducts content analysis of teacher-student discourse interactions in smart physical education classrooms in Chinese primary schools. The findings reveal that turn-taking in these classrooms is uneven，and directive discourse leads to an imbalance in students’ discourse rights； classroom topics are handled inappropriately，preventing students from effectively participating in topic discussions； students’ expression lacks sufficient sequential organization，resulting in a lack of effective “verbal + physical” interaction in conversation； and physical education teachers control the overall structure of classroom discourse，rendering the interaction structure rigid. The underlying causes are as follows： teacher discourse hegemony hinders students from initiating turns； differences in social cognition between teachers and students constrain the extension of physical education topics； the presuppositional common ground in conversation gives rise to a monotonous sequential organization of discourse； and differences in conversational identities lead classroom discourse to adopt a triadic structure. Accordingly，improvement strategies are proposed： balancing teacher-student discourse in the physical education classroom and cultivating students’ awareness of their discourse rights in classroom expression； drawing on digital platforms to empower instruction and emphasizing the design of creative physical education classroom topics； enhancing the quality of physical education classroom discourse and strengthening the interaction structure that integrates students’ verbal expression with physical movement； and transforming “controlling” classroom discourse to construct an autonomy-supportive discourse structure in physical education classrooms.

The effective diffusion of public service policies for national fitness is a critical link in implementing the national fitness strategy.This study employs quantitative analysis of policy texts，Qualitative Comparative Analysis （QCA），and the Delphi method.By analyzing 460 policy diffusion texts issued by local governments from 2014 to 2024，it identifies three configurational paths that drive policy diffusion： goal-constrained，intergovernmental competition-driven，and economically enabled.It also distills three driving mechanisms： vertical directive，horizontal competition，and economic empowerment.Based on the above，corresponding optimization strategies are proposed： strengthening vertical transmission to shift policy diffusion from mandatory adoption to precision-driven diffusion； activating horizontal coopetition to shift from homogeneous competition to differentiated coopetition； leveraging local resource endowments to drive policy diffusion； and enhancing coupling synergy to shift from single-path dominance to multi-dimensional collaborative adaptation.

Against the backdrop of accelerating the construction of a leading sporting nation during the 15th Five-Year Plan period，the mass events in the National Games are confronted with increasingly complex organizational challenges and diversified interest demands，making it a urgent need to establish a new pattern of event governance that meets the requirements of high-quality development.This study adopts the methods of literature review，case analysis，and logical analysis to explore the collaborative governance internal logic，practical dilemmas and solution paths for the high-quality development of mass events in the National Games，in order to promote the high-quality development of mass events in the National Games through collaborative governance，thereby providing solid support for the construction of a leading sporting nation.The research finds that the collaborative governance mechanism aligns closely with the operation of National Games mass events.Its operational mechanism manifests in three aspects： the structural coupling of multiple governance actors through principled engagement； the consolidation of a public-interest-oriented value consensus through shared motivation； and the strengthening of the capacity for joint action to facilitate the flow of resource elements for supply-demand matching.Nevertheless，current governance practices face various dilemmas，including the persistent influence of the administration-dominated logic hindering the formation of a pluralistic co-governance structure，the weakening of endogenous momentum for collaborative governance due to divergent interest claims，and the constraints imposed by insufficient institutional supply on the long-term operation of collaborative governance.Accordingly，this study proposes resolution paths：optimizing the governance structure to strengthen a collaborative pattern among multiple actors； refining the operational mechanism to promote the effective coordination of multiple interests； and reinforcing institutional supply to safeguard the long-term operation of collaborative governance.

Promoting the expansion and quality improvement of sports consumption through mass sports events is an inevitable trend of consumption upgrading and a response to the need for boosting public consumption confidence.By using literature review and logical analysis，this paper reveals the mechanism of mass sports events to promote the expansion and quality improvement of sports consumption.It is believed that mass sports events can establish the core orientation of boosting sports consumption，enhance the allocation efficiency of sports consumption resources，reshape the supply system of sports consumption market，and continuously improve the long-term mechanism of sports consumption.However，challenges remain：the transformation efficiency of public sports consumption demand is not high，and the chain of event value transformation is not smooth；the integration efficiency of event resources is insufficient，and the driving force for iterative upgrading of sports consumption elements is lacking；the supply-demand structure of event consumption is mismatched，and the value of the sports consumption industry chain is not fully exploited；the coordinated development of multiple stakeholders is unbalanced，and the cultivation of sports consumption culture is lagging behind.Accordingly，realization paths are proposed：to improve the transformation efficiency of sports consumption demand and smooth the value transformation chain of events；to optimize the allocation efficiency of event resources and drive the upgrading of sports consumption factors；to remove barriers to supply-demand adaptation for event consumption and broaden the value-added pathways of sports consumption；to optimize the ecological governance system of sports consumption and cultivate dynamic vitality of sports consumption.

The constitutional logic of sports law reflects a value shift from instrumental rationality to a rights-based orientation， following a threefold paradigm of “objective articulation， right formation， and obligation fulfillment.” The Constitution establishes a dual framework comprising national objective clauses （Preamble， Article 21） and a fundamental rights system （Articles 19， 22， 33， 46 and 47）， thereby integrating the goal of building a leading sports nation into a network of intertwined rights to health， culture and education. This shapes a composite sports right possessing both liberal and social dimensions， which requires the state not only to fulfill negative obligations to respect sports autonomy but also to ensure equitable allocation of sports resources through positive obligations. The radiating effect of the constitutional “human rights clause” further promotes a layered structure of state obligations of “respect， protection， fulfillment and promotion，” establishing a normative balance between the protection of individual rights and the public interest. An obligation system involving individual self-discipline， collaborative governance by sports organizations， and engagement with international norms facilitates the extension of sports law from a sovereignty-centered logic toward alignment with global sports governance. By redefining the essence of sports law through a rights-based approach， the constitutional order ultimately advances the modernization of sports governance within the framework of constitutional arrangements..

Online sports viewing has become one of the daily habits for many sports enthusiasts，and the integration of artificial intelligence（AI） technology has profoundly transformed online sports viewing methods and user experiences. This study adopts a qualitative research approach to examine the factors influencing users’ acceptance behavior toward AI-powered online sports viewing and the underlying mechanisms. The findings reveal that users’ acceptance behavior is jointly influenced by five key factors： cognitive acceptance，emotional experience，technological features，social context，and individual traits. Among these，cognitive acceptance serves as the prerequisite for acceptance behavior，emotional experience acts as the internal driving force，technological features provide the material foundation，social context functions as the external motivator，and individual traits exert differentiated impacts. Based on these insights，this study proposes practical strategies to promote positive transformation in users’ acceptance behavior： lowering cognitive barriers and enhancing perceived user value； optimizing emotional experiences to strengthen emotional engagement； innovating communication methods to activate social interaction； and recognizing individual differences to meet diverse user needs.

The core orientation of the silver sports economic development lies in enhancing elderly sports consumption capacity through income growth and burden reduction， creating effective demand for elderly sports through high-quality supply， and strengthening consumption willingness by optimizing consumption environments. This study， grounded in field theory， employs methods of literature review， field investigation and logical analysis to systematically explore the theoretical connotations， practical challenges and optimization pathways for age-friendly adaptation of elderly sports consumption scenarios. It holds that， as a comprehensive age-friendly process for sports consumption， age-friendly adaptation of elderly sports consumption scenarios faces practical challenges， including spatial constraints in macro-level field formation， obstacles in mid-level capital transformation and path dependence in micro-level habitus formation. Accordingly， three optimization strategies are proposed from the perspectives of field reconstruction， capital conversion and habitus cultivation： establishing institutional systems and governance mechanisms to create spaces for elderly sports consumption scenarios； facilitating efficient capital conversion to effectively stimulate internal motivation of elderly sports consumption； and promoting health-conscious consumption concepts to expand the elderly sports markets.

To elucidate the evolutionary logic of sports rules’ technical governance and its concomitant ethical risks，this study takes beach volleyball as a paradigmatic case.Drawing on the Beach Volleyball Rules and the Video Challenge System Rules issued by the Fédération Internationale de Volleyball （FIVB） from 2001 to 2025，the analysis integrates theoretical frameworks of techno-politics，co-production，procedural justice，and technological fairness.The study conceptualizes this governance as a normative practice mitigating competitive uncertainty via quantifiable parameters，closed procedures，and technological apparatuses，with an evolutionary trajectory marked by sequential parameterization，proceduralization，and evidentialization.While enhancing managerial efficiency and adjudicative consistency，this paradigm precipitates four ethical perils： conditional deviations in the realization of fairness；structural reconfigurations of arbitral subjectivity and authority；interpretive and remedial gaps in procedural justice；and expanding liability boundaries alongside rights vacuums in data production.Accordingly，regulatory strategies centered on “responsibility embedding” are proposed： at the rule-making level，positioning responsibility allocation as a prerequisite constraint for clause design；at the technological operational level，institutionalizing the human-machine division of labor and technological uncertainty；at the supervisory and remedial level，constructing accountability and relief mechanisms for technical adjudication；at the data governance level，anchoring data responsibility boundaries and filling rights vacuums，thereby ensuring that technical governance genuinely serves the institutional goals of competitive sports.

Modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity is an important component of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era，which is taken as a crucial guideline for deepening reform and innovative development of professional basketball.Using methods of literature research，field investigation and logical analysis，this study systematically examines the contemporary demands，practical difficulties and mitigation pathways for the high-quality development of professional basketball in China.The study identifies three core contemporary demands for the high-quality development of professional basketball in China in the context of governance capacity modernization： first，to build the foundation of the rule of law and implement institutional empowerment to form a new mechanism of professional basketball governance； second，to carry out multi-stakeholder coordination and resource optimization to build a new governance pattern for professional basketball； and the third，to adopt standard-driven and technology-enabled development to create a new governance path for professional basketball.The modernization of professional basketball governance faces prominent practical dilemmas，including the imbalance of the institutional framework，the absence of a systematic intervention mechanism，and the insufficiency of implementing systems for professional leagues.Accordingly，the following mitigation pathways are proposed： clarifying the intervention boundaries of public authority and strengthening collaborative advancement of the rule of law to reshape governance order and enhance institutional efficiency； leveraging both system regulation and multi-dimensional integration to optimize the industrial ecosystem and strengthen development resilience； and employing the dual drivers of standard system setting and technology empowerment to reshape the underlying logic and enhance systemic effectiveness.

The reform of national single-sport associations constitutes a key issue in the modernization of China’s sports governance，and its practical complexity is reflected in the repeated adjustment of governance logic across different stages of reform.This study introduces the analytical concept of the “Pendulum Governance Effect” and constructs an explanatory framework composed of external shocks，governance mechanisms and the reweighting of multiple objectives，in order to reveal the internal mechanism behind the cyclical oscillation of national single-sport association governance between administratively dominated centralization and relatively autonomous operation.The findings indicate that the governance patterns of national single-sport associations are shaped by factors such as Olympic cycles，fiscal and economic fluctuations，as well as leadership turnover and policy adjustments.Through phases including policy instruments，evaluation systems and resource allocation，the weights of the triple objectives of elite sport performance，sport industry sustainability and governance publicness have undergone phased adjustments，thereby driving periodic shifts in governance focus.Accordingly，this paper proposes a combination of governance rule constraints，classified governance mechanisms，phased steady-state evolution and the construction of Chinese governance narratives，to promote the governance form of national single-sport associations to shift from the pendulum-like adjustment between administrative centralization and association autonomy to a relatively steady state，and gradually form a semi-autonomous governance model with Chinese characteristics.

As a key carrier of cultural service-oriented ecological products，outdoor sports resources possess both ecological value and economic potential，and are increasingly becoming a vital support for advancing rural revitalization and achieving common prosperity. This study employs the methods of literature review，field investigation and case analysis，selecting five representative counties in Zhejiang Province as research subjects to thoroughly examine the operational mechanisms and practical experiences of converting outdoor sports resources into tangible value. The study concludes that，under the guidance of the “Two Mountains” concept，the value conversion of outdoor sports resources still faces the challenges，including sluggish driving mechanisms，imbalanced implementation frameworks，inadequate coordination systems，and weak regulatory constraints. Based on the above，the following empirical insights can be drawn： promoting the concept of green development； exploring the bidirectional integration of ecological economicization and economic ecologization； establishing a cross-departmental collaboration mechanism； and improving the ecological protection constraint framework，thereby providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the value conversion of outdoor sports resources.

As the core of the modern economy，finance serves as a key driving force behind the transformation of the sports industry from scale expansion to high-quality development.By employing literature review and logical analysis，this study systematically examines the internal logic and practical barriers of financial support for high-quality development of sports industry driven by policies，and proposes practical strategies.The research finds that the internal logic of financial support for high-quality development in the sports industry driven by policies is reflected in three dimensions： goal-oriented leadership，industrial compatibility，and coordinated development.Practical obstacles mainly manifest as inefficient policy transmission mechanisms，mismatches between financial product supply and demand，and imbalanced financing structures.Based on these findings，the study recommends enhancing policy effectiveness by establishing a collaborative governance mechanism among central，local，and departmental levels；innovating financial instruments to ensure precise alignment between financial supply and industrial demand；and optimizing the financing structure by building a multi-tiered capital market support system.

The genealogy of Chinese sports spirit serves as a precious resource for rallying the nation’s strength to forge ahead， navigating complex domestic and international challenges， and comprehensively advancing the construction of the sports power in the new era. Through the methods of literature review， historical analysis and logical reasoning， this study delineates the generative logic， content composition and construction pathways of the Chinese sports spirit genealogy. It holds that the genealogy is a spiritual manifestation formed through the intergenerational inheritance of China’s outstanding sports culture and the integration of modern sports practices aimed at national salvation and rejuvenation. It is also a spiritual creation guided by the Marxist perspective on sports and rooted in the inheritance and innovation of Xi Jinping thought socialists with Chinese characteristics for a new era， as well as a spiritual crystallization in addressing internal and external risks and challenges and resolving deep-seated contradictions in the process of building the sports power. With the core connotations of the Chinese sports spirit as its central thread， the genealogy is primarily composed of the spirit of sports disciplines， major events and competitions， and individual role models， from which various forms of sports spirit emerge. In the future， the genealogy should be constructed by tracing the historical and cultural lineage to consolidate its generative foundation， aligning with the strategy of building the sports power to clarify its value orientation， refining logical frameworks to delineate its structural texture， and integrating emerging sports spiritual manifestations to ensure its continuous development， thereby establishing a genealogy of the Chinese sports spirit with Chinese characteristics.

Online public opinion among sports fan communities is shaped by sports event communication，platform mechanisms，and fan emotional aggregation.In response to the needs of online platform governance and risk prevention in sports-related public opinion，this study takes the Weibo fan community of a highly followed table tennis player as a case.It adopts an explanatory case study approach and employs process tracing，textual analysis and sentiment analysis.Based on Weibo hot-search topics，Super Topic texts，platform governance materials and media reports，the study examines the generation condition，aggregation process and governance paths of online public opinion among sports fan communities.The findings show that platform visibility，interest-based communities and sports-event emotions jointly constitute the conditions for the formation of online public opinion among sports fan communities.Online public opinion among sports fan communities gradually aggregates through Weibo spectatorship，polarization，and mobilization.Event-related topics trigger public attention，while community interaction and platform amplification mechanisms reinforce opinions and further transform public opinion into collective action.Accordingly，the governance of online public opinion among sports fan communities should focus on anticipating event-related public opinion and disseminating authoritative information，regulating platform mechanisms and strengthening community self-governance，as well as guiding fan emotions and setting boundaries for collective action.These measures can help foster an online sports public opinion environment for sports fan communities characterized by sporting enthusiasm，public rationality，and sound order.

The Jiangsu Football City League （JFCL） has demonstrated significant effectiveness in emotional mobilization through its unique meme culture communication，providing a typical case for examining sports-related emotional dissemination in the digital age.Employing literature review，case analysis，and logical analysis，this study dissects the meme culture communication practices of the JFCL from the perspective of emotion-meme co-construction，and constructs the four-stage conduction model：“emotional potentia-symbolic production-‘cross-boundary’ transmission-emotional recursion”.The study suggests that：first，the emotional potential in the model，through encoding into symbolic production，constitutes the generative mechanism of the meme culture；subsequently，the “meme” symbols adapt and vary in response to heterogeneous contexts，and with the synergistic empowerment of technology，media，and institutions within the digital platform ecosystem，constitute the cross-boundary mechanism of meme culture；ultimately，the “meme” symbols achieve value transition and the consolidation of an emotional community，and through feedback，they establish a self-reinforcing communication loop，thereby constituting the recursive mechanism of meme culture.This theoretical model not only systematically reveals the communication mechanism of the meme culture of the JFCL but also attempts to construct a theoretical framework with general explanatory power，thus providing systematic guidance from concept to practice for the cultural dissemination and emotional mobilization of similar mass sports events in China.
