New quality productive forces provide a scientific guide for the high-quality development of China’s sporting goods manufacturing industry.By using literature review and logical analysis,this paper elaborates on the basic connotation and the appearance context of new quality productive forces empowering the high-quality development of sporting goods manufacturing industry.It suggests that the inherent mechanism of new quality productive forces empowerment registers as new quality labors,new quality labor materials and new quality labor objects respectively provide intellectual engines,power sources and material foundations for the high-quality development of sports goods manufacturing industry.The promotion constraints on the high-quality development of sports goods manufacturing industry empowered by new quality productive forces mainly lie in the insufficient display conditions for the empowerment of new quality productive forces,the deficiency of new quality labors and low efficiency in data utilization.Based on these,the paper proposes practical paths:creating empowering conditions for new quality productive forces to improve the basic environment for the high-quality development of sporting goods manufacturing industry;focusing on the long-term cooperation mechanism of industry,academia and research to innovate the cultivation and mobility of new quality labors;promoting efficient circulation of data resources to activate the productive forces efficiency of sporting goods manufacturing industry.

By using the methods of interviews and dialectic,this paper analyzes the rural sports competitions under the three historic opportunities of rural revitalization,national fitness and digital network.The successful practical experience of “Village BA” is summarized on the basis of the five revitalization elements of local customs,local charm,local talents,local environment and local accent:setting up competition platforms through traditional festivals,constructing competition deposits through sports culture,stimulating competition vitality by sports core groups,providing competition guarantee through coordinated governance and optimizing competition dissemination through multidimensional carriers.Based on the five aspects of competition deposits,cultural identity,sports talents,sports facilities and sports publicity,it provides the enlightenments for the revitalization of rural sports competitions:the organizers of rural sports competitions should excavate the historical deposits of sports competitions from introspection to self-confidence,reconstruct the identity of traditional cultural groups from recognition to identification,stimulate the internal motivation force of sports organizations from passive-management to self-management,make up the special sports facilities in different villages from homogeneity to heterogeneity and optimize the carriers of sports competition communication from monism to pluralism.

Promoting the high-quality development of rural public sports services is an important approach to building a higher level of public service system for national fitness.From the perspective of empowerment through digital technologies,this study sorts out the basic connotations and practical significance of the high-quality development of rural public sports services through digital empowerment,and analyzes its mechanisms and realistic obstacles.It suggests that digital technology empowers the high-quality development of rural public sports services from five aspects:the mechanism of rural public sports service,technology mechanism,collaborative mechanism,decision-making mechanism and regulation mechanism.However,the underdeveloped rural digital infrastructure,the insufficient understandings and applications of digital technology at the grassroots level,the poor digital literacy of farmers,the obstructed data and information sharing channels and the imperfect service quality management system have become the realistic obstacles to the high-quality development of rural public sports services.To address these issues effectively,this study proposes the following innovation paths:promoting the construction of digital infrastructure for rural public sports services,accelerating the digital transformation of rural public sports services,bridging the urban-rural digital divide,impelling the coordinated development of urban-rural public sports services,and constructing a quality management system for the entire process of rural public sports services.

This study explores the social images of esports based on e-sports related texts from two major social media platforms,Weibo and Douyin.By using word frequency analysis,topic modeling,and sentiment analysis,it examines the public’s understanding of esports and discusses the primary characteristics of the social images of esports and the underlying influence factors in the course of construction from the perspectives of impression,cognition and evaluation.The study concludes that in the field domain of social media,the social images of esports are widely perceived as positive.Centered around esports games and tournaments,the public has constructed the social images of esports with professionalism as the goal,emotional experiences as the appeal,and industrial diversification as the direction.The construction process is influenced by various factors such as economic development,government attitudes,cultural context,cognitive approaches and social discourse power.In the future,the social images of esports can be optimized through such avenues as enhancing the professional qualities of esports related talents,providing proper guidance to fans and communities,actively exploring the economic values of esports,drawing inspiration from the sustainable development paths of traditional sports and emphasizing the emotional experiences and cultural transmission of esports.

New quality productive forces are the inherent requirement and important focus for the high-quality development of ice and snow industry.By the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper explains the connotations of new quality productive forces empowering the high-quality development of ice and snow industry from three dimensions: laborers,labor materials and labor objects,and puts forward the promotion paths on the basis of analyzing the logical paths and realistic dilemmas.It suggests that the logical paths lie in the technological innovation driving to empower the digital and intelligent transformation of ice and snow industry,the optimal allocation of elements to empower the innovation and upgrading of ice and snow industry,and the industrial ecological innovation to empower the green development of ice and snow industry.At the same time,there are also some realistic dilemmas such as unbalanced supply and demand structure of high-quality talents in ice and snow industry,insufficient potential mining of data elements,and inadequate development conditions for the digital and intelligent transformation.The promotion strategies of new quality productive forces empowering the high-quality development of the ice and snow industry should focus on the cultivation of high-quality talents in ice and snow industry to promote the leap of human capital;tapping the potential of industry data elements to stimulate the efficiency of data productive forces in ice and snow industry;and improving the digital and intelligent development environment of ice and snow industry to create empowering conditions of new quality productive forces.

The proposal of new quality productive forces provides scientific guidance for the high-quality development of competitive sports.By the research methods of literature review,expert interview and logical analysis,etc.,this paper deeply analyzes the connotation characteristics and basic logic of the high-quality development of competitive sports in China empowered by new quality productive forces,and puts forward the practical pathways.It holds that the new quality productive forces and the high-quality development of competitive sports are mutually empowered.The new quality productivity provides a strong driving force for the high-quality development of competitive sports,and the demand for the high-quality development of competitive sports continuously catalyzes the improvement and reform of the new quality productive forces.The basic logic of the high-quality development of competitive sports empowered by new quality productive forces is reflected in the intelligent development of competitive sports empowered by technological reform,the new vitality development of competitive sports empowered by model innovation,the green development of competitive sports empowered by resource sharing,and the diversified development of competitive sports empowered by industry integration.In terms of cultivating China’s competitive sports and forming new quality productive forces,the top-level design should be combined with the implementation to form a resonance effect of up-down linkage on policy guidance;basic theories should be combined with scientific and technological research to help the competitive pattern of self-reliance on technology improvement;and independent training should be combined with internal and external penetration to consolidate the prompt support for talents on talent cultivation.

In order to accelerate the development of ice and snow sports in China and to promote the construction of ice and snow sports power,this study summarizes the realistic condition of development of ice and snow sports in China through the methods of literature review and logical analysis. On the basis of the references of ice and snow sports development experience of Norway,the United States and Canada,it proposes the action strategies for the construction of China’s ice and snow sports power:to broaden the population base of ice and snow sports to promote the deep participation in ice and snow sports;to make up for the weakness of ice and snow sports resources to promote high-quality development of ice and snow sports;to improve the competitive system of ice and snow sports to raise the competitiveness of ice and snow sports;and to strive to develop the economy of ice and snow sports and improve the scale merit of ice and snow industry to inject the power of ice and snow into the construction of sports power.

The new quality productive forces provide an important engine for promoting the high-quality development of sports industry.Using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this research discusses the connotation,values,dilemmas and strategies of new quality productive forces promoting high-quality development of sports industry.It suggests that new quality workers,new quality labor materials and new quality labor objects build a solid foundation of innovation,provide a source of power and lay a material foundation for the high-quality development of sports industry respectively.It is helpful to realize the all-round reform of sports industry,to promote the transformation and upgrading of sports industry and to optimize the allocation of sports industry resources.But there still exist some dilemmas such as the limited training channels of sports science and technology talents,and the shortage of compound talents;low integration of emerging technology and sports industry,and lagging scientific and technological innovation;insufficient development and application of data elements and low-carbon materials,and weak market supervision;low efficiency of sports resource integration and allocation,and unsmooth flow of resource elements.Based on the above,this research puts forward the optimization strategies of strengthening the intellectual support of sports industry under the guidance of innovation driving;improving the intelligence level of sports industry with the support of science and technology empowerment;promoting the green digital transformation of sports industry with the goal of green and low-carbon;and improving the efficiency of resource integration and allocation with win-win cooperation as the guidance.

Promoting the transformation of physical education evaluation empowered by digital technology is a new trend of education transformation in the digital era,and a new track to realize the modernization of Chinese physical education.Using the methods of literature review,expert interview and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the connotation of the transformation of physical education evaluation empowered by digital technology from the perspective of technology embedding theory,and discusses the motivation,problems and strategies in the transformation.It suggests that the transformation of physical education evaluation empowered by digital technology needs to clarify the transformation coordinate system,so as to realize the functional remodeling through the reconstruction of elements and structure.Its motivations cover the traction of physical education policy,the conduction of education transformation,the support of digital technology,the motivation of standard upgrading and the domestic demands of data correction.At the same time,it still faces the problems such as algorithm bias and ethical challenges at the level of technology embedding,institutional absence and path dependence at the level of evaluation reform,and digital divide and prisoner’s dilemma at the level of promotion and application.The high-quality transformation should be achieved through three targeted strategies,including making up for the technical weakness,optimizing the institutional framework and breaking through the application bottleneck.

Under the background of the integration of data and reality,promoting the digital transformation of sports tourism industry will continuously improve the updating and iteration rate of the internal components of the industry,and stimulate the strong driving forces of sports tourism as an emerging industry.This paper discusses the dynamic mechanism,realistic dilemma and promotion strategies of the digital transformation of sports tourism industry through the methods such as literature and logical analysis.According to the research,under the background of the integration of data and reality,policy,technology,market and industry itself have become important driving forces to promote the digital transformation of sports tourism industry,and the interaction of various driving factors together constitutes the driving mechanism of the digital transformation of sports tourism industry.At present,the digital transformation of sports tourism industry still faces dilemmas such as insufficient industrial policy supply,weak ability of scientific and technological innovation,digital market construction remain to be improved and structural imbalance of industrial development.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen policy supply,promote scientific and technological innovation,improve the digital market,optimize the development structure and gradually promote the digital transformation of sports tourism industry.

This paper analyzes the connotation,practical effects,internal formation mechanism and development strategies of PE teachers’ ability to transform curriculum standards through the methods of literature and logic analysis.It suggests that: first,PE teachers’ ability to transform curriculum standards is the unity of the internal psychological cognition and external behavior of the curriculum standards in the process of teaching practice.It can promote PE teachers to carry out the requirements of curriculum standards throughout the teaching process,establish the connection between curriculum standards and PE teaching practice,and enhance PE teachers’ teaching abilities based on curriculum standards.Second,it reveals the formation mechanism of PE teachers’ transformation ability from “understanding curriculum standards-self-internalization-teaching presupposition-practice reflection”,which means that curriculum standards are the starting point of teachers’ transformation ability,self-internalization is the guarantee of teachers’ transformation ability,teaching presupposition is the key to the formation of teachers’ transformation ability,and practice reflection is the completion of their transformation ability.Last,this paper puts forward the development strategies of PE teachers’ ability to transform curriculum standards: to establish a learning community to promote PE teachers’ recognition and practice of curriculum standards,to give PE teachers professional autonomy in transforming teaching practice of curriculum standards,to carry out action research on PE teachers’ ability to transform teaching practices,and to emphasize that PE teachers’ consciousness of transforming curriculum standards is the foundation of cultivating transformation ability.

After the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the martial arts circles have launched an academic debate on the history,nature and technical reform of Wushu.The debate began with “the origin of Taijiquan”,then turned to the discussion of “Wushu skills”,and finally ended with the publication of the article “Two Routes in Wushu Work”.After the debate,the Wushu circles reached a consensus on the nature of Wushu and the innovation of Wushu skills and other issues,established the reform direction of “the popularization of Wushu”,and laid a theoretical foundation for the modern development of Wushu.Overall,the debate under the policy of “free airing of views” presented a strong academic characteristics,which basically eliminated the problems and difficulties in the transforming process “from the old to the new” of martial arts,and its positive significance was to further strengthen the belief of developing Wushu taking “promoting physical culture and building up the people’s health” as fundamental task,but the particularity of the times also made the debate in the situation of “deliberation without decision”,which left some theoretical problems about the academic history of Wushu.This debate was not a dispute of individual spirit or group interests,but a dispute of the development direction of Wushu movement in the People’s Republic of China,which was a milestone in the academic history of Wushu.

The research aims to explore the sports attributes of esports from the perspective of culture.Through logical speculation and empirical case analysis,it argues the application paths of the “technological embodiment” theory within esports culture,and concludes the triple bodily interactions of “man-machine”,“man-machine-man” and “man-machine-medium-man” from the three subjects involved,which presents that esports transcend bodily boundaries through interfaces,further emphasizing interrelations among bodies and expanding the bodily context. Based on this premise,the concept of “Avatar Sports” is introduced.It delves into contemplating the sports attributes of esports from its embodiment of competitive ideologies,competition modes of body and cultural expressions of body,and reflects on the development of esports by drawing parallels with the “Four-Subject Evolution” in traditional sports.The advancement of interactive technology has enabled the potential utilization of esports for physical exercises.Nevertheless,future endeavors will need to be addressed on educational value of esports and similar concerns.

The construction of rural sports governance communities is an inevitable requirement to promote the modernization of sports governance in the new era.The development of new quality productive forces provide innovation momentum for the construction of rural sports governance communities.Through the methods of literature and logic analysis,the study systematically explores the construction logic of the rural sports governance communities empowered by the new quality productive forces,digs deeply into the realistic dilemmas,and puts forward the innovation paths on the basis of sorting out the basic connotation.The construction logic shows that the new quality productive forces promote the co-construction of the main bodies,the co-governance of actions and value sharing of rural sports governance communities by the governance elements of scientific and technological progress,model innovations and interest connections.In the empowerment process of new quality productive forces,it is still faced with such dilemmas as delayed digital infrastructure construction and low digital literacy,unestablished digital collaboration mechanism and incomplete data management system,insufficient scene innovations and weak interest connections.Based on the above,the targeted paths are proposed:promoting the construction level of digital infrastructure and digital literacy to enhance the governance capacity of communities;improving the digital coordination mechanism and data management system to increase the effectiveness of community actions;anchoring digital scene innovations and sport interest connections to promote the sports well-being of communities.

Under the guidance of Chinese path to modernization,digital sports have become an important engine to promote the high-quality development of sports,which is accelerating the process of constructing of sports power,the ethical issues of digital sports have become increasingly prominent with its development.This paper explores the essential connotation of digital sports ethics from the perspective of Chinese modernization,scientifically reveals characteristics of digital sports ethics,systematically considers the current problems in digital sports,and then puts forward the targeted normative strategies of digital sports ethics.It is expected to provide references for digital sports to achieve high-quality development in the construction of a strong country and the great cause of national rejuvenation.

Helping the elderly to cross the digital divide,to integrate into the digital sports life,and to release the potential of sports consumption are the keys to promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the sports silver economy.By using the methods of literature and logical analysis,this paper clarifies the theoretical connotations,value implications and dilemmas of digital economy empowering the sports consumption upgrade of the elderly.There exist some problems that the sports consumption policy of the elderly needs to be improved,and the sports consumption market lacks digital humanistic care;the subjective willingness of the elderly to consume digital sports is not strong,and the application of digital technology has obvious resistances;the level of intelligent sports products and services for the elderly is low,and the imbalance between the supply and the demand of sports consumption for the elderly;and the increasing vulnerability of the rights and interests of digital sports consumption for the elderly,and the protections are difficult to obtain.In view of these,it puts forward the practical strategies:strengthening the top-level design of sports consumption policies for the elderly to meet the care needs of digital sports consumption for the elderly;cultivating the digital literacy and technical application abilities of the elderly,and strengthening the information security protection of sports consumption data;encouraging the research and development and the innovation of sports products and services for the elderly,and standardizing the construction standards of sports products and services;maintaining the rights and interests of digital sports consumption for the elderly,and promoting the legal construction of digital sports consumer market.

Rural sports tourism,as an important component of implementing the rural revitalization strategy,has become the main content of promoting the development of rural culture,ecology and industry. Through the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this study explores the theoretical logic,development dilemmas and relief paths of the integration of rural,sports,and tourism elements in the dimensions of authenticity,drama,and legitimacy of scenario theory. It also constructs the theoretical logic of the integration of rural sports tourism with “new scenes,new behaviors and new values”,explains the multi-dimensional dilemmas of rural expression,symbol perception and integration production in the integration of rural sports tourism,and proposes the relief paths of the integration of rural sports tourism under the perspective of scenario theory,which include deeply exploring cultural connotations and local characteristics to perceive rural sports space;enhancing personal experience and brand design to highlight the value of rural sports;and strengthening innovation awareness and industrial strength to improve the rural sports industry chain.

New quality productive forces are the core driving forces to empower the digital transformation of sports intangible cultural heritage.Through the methods of literature and logical analysis,the study systematically elaborates the internal logic,dilemmas and practice paths of the digital transformation of sports intangible cultural heritage empowered by new quality productive forces.It concludes that new types of laborers,new types of tools of labor and new types of objects of labor are the core elements in this process,with the objectives of high-tech protection,high-efficiency inheritance and high-quality development,and logical coordination of technological innovation,data-driving,industrial integration,talent cultivation and cultural inheritance.It is faced with the dilemmas of practical difficulties of technology integration and technology application,the balance between data collection and information protection,the practical challenges of the lack and outflow of talents,the obstruction of industrial integration and market promotion,and the regeneration difficulties of cultural divestment and reproduction.Accordingly,practice paths are proposed to strengthen the leading of scientific and technological innovation and enhance the effectiveness of technology application; to accurately collect data information and optimize the information management mechanism; to improve the talent training mechanism and create professional heritage teams; to deepen the process of industrial integration and expand the paths of market development; and to increase the popularity of dissemination and explore the interaction of digital scenarios.

The construction of digital China serves as a crucial engine for advancing China’s modernization in the digital era,with the development of the digital economy playing a key role in propelling high-quality development of sports enterprises.By the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this study explores the essence and mechanisms of digital economy driving the high-quality development of sports enterprises.It holds that digital economy can reshape the resource foundation,dynamic capabilities,and strategic mission of sports enterprises,enabling them to achieve a higher level of comprehensive value,and analyzes the mechanism from production processes,marketing models,innovation behavior and asset management.For digital economy driving the high-quality development of sports enterprises,the study illustrates the dilemmas such as the insufficient targeted policies and uncompleted support system,deficient digital transformation capabilities and low integration of digital technologies,weak utilization and supervision of data and low levels of digital innovation,and high costs in digital transformation and inadequate financial supply.To solve these dilemmas,it proposes the promoting paths including establishing a digital policy system and optimizing the business environment,enhancing digital transformation capabilities and implementing intelligent business,strengthening the mining and supervision of data and improving technological collaboration efficiency,and releasing the space of financial support and expanding funding channels.

Physical education encompasses significant moral values.Embodied moral education theory provides crucial theoretical support for colleges to implement the activities of fostering virtue through physical education.Adopting embodied moral education theory as research perspective,this study reveals that the integration of physical education and moral education and the connotation exploration are not in-depth in college physical education;the educational process in curriculum lays more emphasis on skill teaching and less on the cultivation of moral cognition;the absence of moral conflicts weakens ethical behavior in practice;and campus sports culture lacks a prominent focus on moral education,resulting in a deficiency of moral emotion.It suggests that colleges should deepen the integration of curriculum ideology and politics in physical education,and enhance students’ moral cognition through embodied physical education;dig into the empowerment of physical education practice,and regulate ethical conducts through physical activities;and strengthen the cultural belongingness of physical education,and cultivate ethical sentiments within it,thereby fulfilling the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education in colleges and nurturing new generations capable of shouldering the responsibility of national rejuvenation.

The global communication of the Olympic Games is developed under the theoretical system of global sport communication.It is a type of global sport communication with the Olympic Games as object and medium,of the Olympic events,spirit and brand as core communication content,and of the characteristics of commercialization and mediatization as characteristic.Through the research,it is found that the global communication of the Olympic Games includes five parts:Olympic events,Olympic brands,Olympic nationalism and commercialization,Olympic anti-elitism and advocacy of gender equality,and Olympic media technology.Today’s global communication of the Olympic Games is faced with the negative impacts brought by pan-politicization,over-commercialization and sole-mediatization.It suggests that the global communication of the Olympic Games has the development prospects that the communication contend tends to be heterogeneous,the communication influence tends to be vulnerable and the media outlets tends to be Balkanized.

The intelligent transformation and upgrading of national fitness public services is an important way to cultivate a new mode of national fitness development and promote the sharing of national fitness resources.In order to accelerate the quality improvement and upgrading of national fitness public services,this study clarifies the logical orderliness and realistic pattern of the transformation and upgrading of national fitness public services from the aspects of conceptual change,technological empowerment,talent support and institutional standardization.At present,some obstructive factors still exist in the intelligent transformation and upgrading of national fitness public services such as the lack of intelligent concept change,weak sustainable technology innovation,imperfect talent training mechanism and unsound institutional norms.It suggests to deepen the value leadership to cultivate and improve the subjects’ intelligent thinking and the awareness of participating in collaboration;to strengthen the technology research and development and the application to guarantee the quality and utility of big data for fitness;to enhance the training of composite talents to promote the reasonable structure and the quality optimization of talents;and to strengthen the system supplies to consolidate the norms and guarantees of intelligent service environment,providing the action direction for the intelligent transformation and upgrading of national fitness public services.

The modernization of sports governance system in village-to-residential community is an important link to practice the idea of common prosperity and realize the Chinese modernization.Based on the perspective of common prosperity,this study analyzes the internal tension of the sports governance system of village-to-residential community through the methods of literature review and field research.It holds that the sports governance system of village-to-residential community is composed of six basic elements:governance goal,object,subject,concept,mode and environment,and that the modernization of the sports governance system of village-to-residential community has a close logical relationship with common prosperity;the current situation of the sports governance system of village-to-residential community includes that the sports habitus of the governance object has not changed with the urbanization of the residential space,the people-oriented core elements of the governance concept have not been effectively implemented,and the sports organizations separated from the name and reality in the governance subject is weak in actual governance;and then the study analyzes the culture,idea and goal tension of the modernization of sports governance system in village-to-residential community.Based on the above,the solution strategies are proposed as follows:strengthening the coordination of sports governance subjects in village-to-residential community,changing the sports governance concept of village-to-residential community,and renewing the sports governance goals of village-to-residential community,so as to realize the modernization of sports governance system of village-to-residential community.

The effectiveness of the policy implementation of physical education test of the entrance examination for senior high schools directly influences its reform and development in China.From the Perspective of the Smith Policy-Implementation-Processing pattern,through the methods of documentary and logic analysis,this study makes a sorting and analysis of the policy implementation of physical education test of entrance examination for senior high schools in China now.It is found that there are many restraining factors in the policy implementation including blocked proceeding with policy,lag of operation effects in administrative machinery,the deviation of target cognition,great resistance from external environment,etc.In response to these,the study proposes the paths of the policy implementation:enforcing the policy-making system to ensure its scientificity and rationality;improving policy implementation mechanism to play a role in synergistic effects from multiple sources;energizing the initiative of target groups to satisfy their demands for interests;and creating a sound policy environment to improve the effectiveness of publicity guarantee.

Optimizing the business environment is a necessary condition to promote the total factor productivity of sports industry.Based on the ecosystem theory and the cross-section data of 26 cities in the Yangtze River Delta city cluster in 2021,this study uses the DEA-SBM model to measure the total factor productivity (TFP) of sports industry,and empirically analyzes the configuration paths of the seven antecedents of the urban business environment ecology improving the TFP with fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA).It is found that the core conditions of the business environment ecology of the Yangtze River Delta city cluster,such as legal environment,governmental environment,human resources,innovation environment and financial services,come into “multicausal combined action”,which forms three equivalent paths to promote the TFP of sports industry including “governmental environment+legal environment” joint guarantee type,“governmental environment+financial services” balanced promotion type and “human resources+innovation environment” synergistic driving type.Based on this,it is proposed to consolidate the cornerstone role of legal environment and innovate the patterns of industry supervision;to deepen the reform of “streamlining administration and delegate power,improving regulation,and upgrading services” in sports industry and optimize the governmental services;and to establish the cooperation framework of “sports+finance” and strengthen the coupling effects of “innovation+human resources”,etc.

This paper uses literature,logical analysis and other research methods to conduct research on the policy coordination of adolescent physical health monitoring,and draws inspirations from the market-oriented and multi-agent coordination system in the United States,the government-led and family,school and community joint monitoring model in Japan,and the policy coordination and organizational process guarantee model under the new version of the “System of Labor and Defense”in Russia.It holds that the policy coordination of adolescent physical health monitoring has the contemporary characteristics,such as multiple subjects,government-led,gradual process and limited effects,and the integration of sports and medicine and the cultivation of core literacy should be promoted from the perspective of “society-school-country” relationship: On the level of the society,to promote multiple subjects to participate in it,and to develop the cross-department policy coordination of the integration of sports and medicine;On the level of schools,to cultivate core literacy through the combined action of the dual cycle of “teaching-monitoring”;On the level of the country,to optimize the system design through the introduction of the whole supervision chain of “government-led-market supervision-parent supervision” to construct management innovation mechanism for promoting the policy coordination of adolescent physical health monitoring.

Grid management is an innovative measure for grassroots governments to realize government management process reengineering by using information technology within the framework of bureaucratic system.Its popularity and application scope are expanding day by day,showing a trend of tilting to public service.Public sports service integrating into grassroots grid management will help to move down the focus of public sports service management,to strengthen multi-sector coordination of public sports service supply,to improve the dislocation between supply and demand of public sports service,and to promote the “separation of management,supervision and evaluation” of public sports service.However,at the practical level,it may also lead to the formalization of public sports service management,which brings about the new fragmentation of public sports service management,squeezes the space that sports social organizations and market organizations participate in the supply of public sports service,and weaken the role of community committees in the supply of public sports service.The paths of integrating public sports service into grid management,mainly include adding social sports instructors and sports venues into the resource pool of grid management,embedding leadership and coordination mechanism of national fitness into the linkage center of grid management,absorbing sports social organizations and market organizations into the cooperation framework of grid management,and promoting organic connection between community autonomy and grid management.

Interdisciplinary thematic learning in physical education and health curriculum is a focal topic of school physical education reform.Through the methods of literature review and case analysis,this study explores the conceptual connotation,theoretical basis and logical rationales of interdisciplinary thematic learning in physical education and health curriculum in China’s compulsory education stage.The experience of the teaching of interdisciplinary learning in primary and secondary physical education in developed countries shows that the successful implementation of interdisciplinary learning lays emphasis on the design of the policy system and support and guarantee; focuses on the sustainable development of teachers and the construction of teaching teams; sets up management organizations and regulates the implementation of teaching; and establishes an incentive-oriented learning evaluation system.Based on these,this study proposes practical paths for interdisciplinary thematic learning of physical education and health curriculum in China’s compulsory education stage: strengthening the formulation and implementation of the policy system to provide temporal and spatial guarantees for the teaching of interdisciplinary thematic learning in physical education and health curriculum; improving the school’s teaching management program to regulate the teaching behavior of interdisciplinary thematic learning in physical education and health curriculum; establishing innovative teams and integrating educational resources to enhance the teaching abilities and effectiveness of interdisciplinary thematic learning of physical education teachers; and improving the education evaluation system to emphasize the cultivation of students’ physical education core literacy and interdisciplinary thematic learning abilities.

Based on the questionnaire survey data of senior high school students in 18 provinces and cities across China,this study examines the influence mechanism of ideological and political education in school sports curriculum on senior high school students’ all-round development by the method of multiple mediating effect analysis.It finds that the ideological and political education in school sports curriculum has a significant positive effect on senior high school students’ all-round development,students’ physical exercises and sports value identification have significant independent mediating effects between the ideological and political education in school sports curriculum and senior high school students’ all-round development,and the ideological and political education in school sports curriculum can also influence senior high school students’ all-round development with the chain mediating effect of physical exercises and sports value identification.This study further reveals the internal mechanism between ideological and political education in school sports curriculum and senior high school students’ all-round development,which has important significance for strengthening ideological and political education in school sports curriculum,cultivating senior high school students’ physical exercise consciousness and abilities,and continuously promoting senior high school students’ all-round development.

Using the methods of literature review and on-the-spot investigation,based on the diamond model,this study analyzes the elemental structure,interaction mechanism and local practice experiences of the development of new model on sports for health from the perspective of active health,examines the bottlenecks of local development,and puts forward the relief strategies.Currently,the practical bottlenecks of the development of new model on exercises for health in China include that:the policy system at the governmental level needs to be refined with unestablished coordinated development mechanism;there is a lack of guarantee for the supply of services at the level of factors of production with the weak capacity of factors of production;the health cognitive concept at the level of conditions of demand is solidified with the insufficient awareness of health management;the external supportive environment at the level of factors of organization needs to be improved with the insufficient vitality of organizational factors;and the health industrial chain at the level of supportive industries is not sound without matched service supply.Accordingly,the following relief strategies are proposed:enhancing the empowering role of government and improving the policy and institutional guarantee mechanism;strengthening the empowering role of high-level factors of production and improving the talent cultivation and guarantee system;deeply exploring the health needs of the whole population and improving the health promotion and guarantee system;creating a high-quality health service environment and building a mechanism for synergistic cooperation among multiple subjects;and expanding the supportive industries and promoting the matching of supply and demand on hardware and software.

From the systematic view of the Communist Party in the new era,this research analyzes the current trend,characteristics and realistic dilemmas of multiple reserve talents cultivation of competitive sports in China,and puts forward the optimization strategies.The results show that the construction scale of high-level sport teams in schools at all levels of the physical-education system has significantly increased,some sports events have formed a competition system covering the age from 11 to 19,the systematic competition network of age groups in physical education system has taken shape initially,and social multi-system cooperation has been widely carried out.And a multiple cultivation model promoted by the needs of environmental adaptation,leading of competition platforms and promotion of resource advantages is gradually taking shape.However,there are still some dilemmas,such as the need to strengthen the quality and efficiency of talents cultivation,insufficient exploration of multi-value of competitive sports,and the urgent requirement to optimize the linking of talents cultivation.The optimization strategies are to speed up the construction of new model of multiple cultivation and improve the mechanism of multi-system cooperation and promotion,to improve the scale and quality of competition platforms and promote the transformation of multi-value of competitive sports; and to enhance the consensus of interests among multiple stakeholders and give full play to the resource advantages of each system,so as to increase both the scale and the quality of reserve talents cultivation effectively.

Exerting the driving force of digitization on the creative transformation and innovative development of traditional ethnic sports culture is of great significance for accelerating the construction of a sports power and a cultural power.Through the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this study explores the logical correlation,practical dilemmas and strategies of digital empowerment of traditional ethnic sports culture for “creative transformation and innovative development”.The research finds that in the digital era,the “creative transformation and innovative development” of traditional ethnic sports culture still faces practical dilemmas such as lagging data storage of ethnic traditional sports culture resources,constraints of online dissemination platforms,insufficient investment in digital innovation in the industry,obstacles in the digital transformation of educational resources,and the monotonous methods and forms of digital communication.Based on this,the strategies are proposed: enhancing resource protection through digital technology,purifying the online dissemination environment through digital supervision,promoting the improvement of quality and efficiency in the industry through digital innovation,upgrading education through digitalization,and expanding communication methods and forms through digital media.

New quality productive forces are the qualitative leap of productivity,which has injected new momentum into the high-quality development of sports competition performance industry.By the methods of literature and logical analysis,this study probes into the mechanisms,realistic challenges and promotion paths of new quality productive forces empowering the high-quality development of sports competition performance industry.It suggests that the mechanisms of new quality productive forces empowering the high-quality development of sports competition performance industry originates from new factors,new technologies,new industries and new environment,and promotes the high-quality development of sports competition performance industry through four paths:improving total factor productivity,reshaping core competitiveness,promoting the integration of industrial system and forcing the reform of industrial management system.However,there are still some practical challenges,such as insufficient reserves of new laborers,lagging integration of science and technology with sports events,limited circulation of sports resource elements and imperfect improvement of industrial management system.It puts forward the promotion paths of strengthening the training of new laborers,accelerating the transformation of sports scientific and technological achievements,deepening the regional coordinated development strategy,and improving the industrial management system.

The active integration of sports into Chinese modernization is a natural move for sports to make due contributions to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This paper adopts the methods of literature review and logical analysis to explore the internal logic,value implication and practice paths of sports integrating into Chinese modernization.It believes that sports are an important part of Chinese modernization,the essential requirements of Chinese modernization provide a fundamental basis for the high-quality development of sports and sports integrating into Chinese modernization is the only way to build a sports power.Sports integrating into Chinese modernization helps to promote the free and comprehensive development of people,to build a powerful socialist modernization country in an all-round way,and to comprehensively promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Based on the characteristics of Chinese modernization,this paper puts forward the practice paths of sports integrating into Chinese modernization so as to accelerate the construction of sports power and help the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation from five aspects of deeply implementing the national strategy of fitness for all,promoting the coordinated development of sports and the economy and society,propelling the construction of sports culture,giving play to the green and low-carbon advantages of sports,and deepening foreign exchanges and cooperation of sports.

Guided by the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress,the central task is to advance the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation on all fronts through the Chinese path to modernization.Through the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper explores the developmental logic of Chinese modernization of school physical education (PE),and proposes strategic paths through contemporary reflections.It reveals that the development logic of Chinese modernization of school PE encompasses four aspects:humanistic care in school PE stimulated by individual modernization,the element reconfiguration in school PE triggered by productive transformation,innovation activity in school PE nourished by cultural introspection,and identity construction driven by global governance.The contemporary reflections on Chinese modernization of school PE are made from four dimensions:the restoration of humanistic values as focal points,the release of the potential energy of new quality productive forces,the enhancement of efficacy in inheriting traditional Chinese sports,and the cultivation of discourse advantages in Chinese school PE.The action paths to the Chinese modernization of school PE include steadfastly maintaining a ‘Chinese-style’ stance to consolidate the human-centered values of school PE;accelerating ‘Chinese-style’ transformation to expeditiously establish a digital educational ecosystem for school PE;highlighting ‘Chinese-style’ culture to solidify the cultural foundations of school PE with distinctive Chinese characteristics;and distilling ‘Chinese-style’ experiences to provide references for models of school PE modernization worldwide.

From the perspective of policy tools,this research selects 154 sports industry policy texts issued by 14 provincial-level administrative region,divides the types of policy tools based on the TOE theoretical framework,and reveals the relationship between the combination of policy tools and the high-quality development of provincial sports industry,explores the driving paths of the high-quality development of provincial sports industry in China by using field method,LDA thematic model and QCA method.The results show that:the policy tools of provincial sports industry mainly include three types of technology,organization and environment;the high-quality development of provincial sports industry still relies on the support and guidance of the government,and needs the organic combination and synergistic linkage of various policy tools,such as digital sports technology,sports science and technology innovation,digital sports service,etc.;under the support of the government,the technology-led path,the environment-guided path and the “technology-environment” synergistic path are the core driving paths for the high-quality development of provincial sports industry in China.Suggestions:to optimize the system of sports industry policy tools and focus on matching the elements of policy tools;to strengthen the overall leadership and top-level design and promote the multidimensional and synergistic development of provincial sports industry;to increase the scientific and technological investment and the technology research and development to boost the transformation and upgrading of provincial sports industry.

As the embodiment of the Chinese national spirit in the field of sports,Chinese sportsmanship has burst out its unique value and vitality.Based on the perspective of cultural self-confidence and self-improvement,by the methods of literature review,logical analysis and historical analysis,this research explains its value logic that is fresh over time and is carried forward.But at present,the promotion of Chinese sportsmanship is still faced with the dilemmas of frequent ideological risks in the field of sports,insufficient convergence of the spiritual power of mass sports,limited embodiment of the value of sports ideology and politics in colleges,challenges to the development of traditional Chinese sports culture,and obstacles to the conveyance of discourse on international sports affairs.Consequently,it is necessary to raise the flag to clarify the direction of promoting Chinese sportsmanship;to gather public mind to expand the social influence of Chinese sportsmanship;to educate new comers to cultivate talents for practicing Chinese sportsmanship;to promote the culture to enhance the inheritance of Chinese sportsmanship;and to display the image to give full play to the international value of Chinese sportsmanship.

On the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the development concept of a community with a shared future for mankind,this study explains the driving force foundation,dimension characteristics and world significance of sports value transformation in contemporary China from three dimensions of individuals,society and country for sports.It holds that:1) the driving force of sports value transformation in contemporary China stems from the exploration of sports development of Chinese modernization,i.e.meeting multiple sports needs of individuals,improving the efficiency of social sports governance,and promoting the construction of sports power; 2) sports value transformation in contemporary China embodies macroscopically as civilization consciousness about “common destiny for mankind”,microscopically as meeting the multiple practical needs of individual sports life,enhancing the regularization of social sports governance efficiency and promoting the rationalization of sports power construction; 3) the world significance of sports value transformation in contemporary China is that it provides the Chinese practice plan of “Together for a Shared Future” for the development of world sports,i.e.ensuring the effectiveness of the integrated development of individuals,achieving the demonstration of good social governance and practicing the authenticity of the civilization view of Chinese modernization.

In order to clarify the characteristics of exercise dose for adolescents to alleviate negative emotions in the context of school sports,and to explore the regularity of solving psychological behavior problems of adolescents from the perspective of school physical exercise,this study utilizes the trace data from the China Education Panel Survey (CEPS) from 2014 to 2015 to conduct empirical analysis on a sample of 8 984 middle school students through multiple regression,U-test and nonlinear regulatory effect analysis.The results indicate that the relationship between weekly exercise frequency and negative emotions does not exhibit a U-shaped pattern,but a consistent declining trend,which means the higher weekly exercise frequency yields better outcomes;exercise duration has a U-shaped relationship with negative emotions,which means negative emotions initially decrease and then increase with longer exercise duration which optimal interval is 40-60 minutes;learning stress can weaken and relieve the U-shaped relationship between exercise duration and negative emotions.In comprehensive effect,3 times a week and 50-60 minutes each time,or 6 times a week and 50-120 minutes each time,can get good results of improving negative emotions.To promote the psychological health of adolescents,school physical exercise should ensure the students’ exercise duration of about 1 hour per day and guide the reasonable allocation of study and exercise time to prevent the risk of excessive exercise leading to increased negative emotions under high learning stress.

Digital governance,as an advanced paradigm of modern governance,can enhance the quality and efficiency of personal information protection for sports stars in China.Using research methods such as literature review and logical analysis,this paper explores the value implications and practical difficulties of protecting personal information of sports stars in China,and proposes an era approach for protecting personal information of sports stars in China from the perspective of digital governance.It finds that implementing personal information protection for sports stars is beneficial for improving the practical effectiveness of governing sports according to law,safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of sports stars,and promoting the in-depth development of sports digital reform.The personal information protection of sports stars in China still faces practical difficulties such as difficulty in legislation coverage,difficulty in determining responsibility,and difficulty in ensuring security.According to these,it suggests to improve the legislative coverage of personal information protection,monitor the entire process of personal information protection for sports stars,and accelerate the penetration of digital governance concepts into the sports field at the top-level design level;to cultivate the digital literacy of sports stars through education,achieve standardized protection of personal information by professional organizations,and include social members on media platforms in the participation of governance at the level of collaborative governance;and to reconstruct the classification mechanism of information collection,raise the security threshold of information transmission,and ensure the security quality of information storage at the level of digital empowerment.
