CHE Xiangchen (1898-1971) was a renowned modern popular educator and a pioneer of physical education in Northeast China during the new China era.His physical education thoughts is a typical representative in the history of modern and contemporary Chinese education that resonates with the nation’s destiny and the demands of the times,demonstrating the progress of thoughts from saving the nation through sports to educating people through sports.By reviewing the thoughts exploration and practice of CHE Xiangchen on physical education,this study can reproduce the functional evolution of Chinese physical education from a tool for national salvation to a carrier for promoting the all-round development of individuals.It can also inspire the construction of a localized sports education model suitable for China’s national conditions.This study,focusing on historical retrospection and realistic enlightenment,systematically reviews CHE Xiangchen’s lifelong dedication to physical education,and holds that his physical education thoughts is closely linked to the themes of the times,spanning the pre-war,war,and post-liberation periods in Northeast China.It highlights historical contributions of fostering a patriotic spirit,advocating an all-round development educational view,and leading the trend of sports ethics.A systematic analysis of CHE Xiangchen’s physical education thoughts can provide realistic enlightenment for the construction of sports disciplines and the development of specialties in contemporary universities,and offer historical references for new explorations of the integration of sports and education in local contexts.

The high-quality development of physical education in China’s primary and secondary schools is essential to build a strong nation in both education and sports.The corresponding indicator system provides clear goals and practical guidelines for enhancing the physical education quality.Guided by the new development concept and grounded in the CIPP model,this study integrates literature review,the Delphi method,the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and logical analysis to systematically construct an indicator system for the high-quality development of physical education in China’s primary and secondary schools and to determine the weight of each indicator level.The indicator system comprises four primary indicators of background quality,input quality,process quality and outcome quality along with 12 secondary and 57 tertiary indicators.The findings reveal that background quality is rooted in value orientation,input quality is driven by teacher competence,process quality is realized through curriculum implementation,and outcome quality is reflected in students’ development.Accordingly,it is necessary to establish a value-oriented governance framework,innovate resource allocation models,refine quality control mechanisms and develop a value-added evaluation system so as to promote the practical application of the indicator system for high-quality physical education development in China’s primary and secondary schools.

Generative artificial intelligence is the core force of driving profound changes in the “teaching，learning，management，assessment and research” of sports education.By using research methods of literature review and logical analysis，this study explores the operational mechanisms，technical concerns and prevention strategies of integrating generative artificial intelligence into physical education.It concludes that integrating generative artificial intelligence into physical education can help to enhance the teaching quality and capabilities of physical education teachers，to reduce burdens and increase efficiency in students’ physical education learning，to facilitate scientific management decisions in physical education，to promote the reform of the physical education evaluation system，and to improve the level of physical education research.In the face of technical concerns such as the lack of personalized feedback and emotional interaction，excessive reliance on digital teachers and virtual companions，algorithmic black boxes and data collection errors，unclear standards for result evaluation and process evaluation，neglect of the complexity of reality in content generation，and difficulty in defining the attribution of rights and responsibilities，multiple measures should be taken to promote the overall improvement of physical education teachers’ teaching quality，to comprehensively cultivate students’ awareness and ability of autonomous physical education learning，to enhance the scientificity and accuracy of physical education management decision-making，to strengthen the professionalism of physical education result and process evaluation，and to effectively ensure the authenticity and rigor of physical education research.

In the context of deepening the strategy of building an education power and the digital age,urban and rural integration of school physical education is entering a critical period of high-quality leap,and digital technology empowerment has become an important breakthrough for the development of urban and rural integration of school physical education.Therefore,this study takes the strategy of building an education power as policy orientation and value guidance,and uses the methods of literature review and logical analysis to systematically analyze the difficulties and logical shifts in promoting urban and rural integration of school physical education through digital transformation,and propose innovative paths.It suggests that promoting urban and rural integration of school physical education through digital transformation faces deep structural contradictions,presenting three dilemmas: suspended and short-acting institutional guarantees,fragmented and low-quality data governance,and formalized and fragmented technological applications.Accordingly,the study constructs a shift in institutional logic from administrative supply to demand response,a shift in data logic from barriers to flexible empowerment,and a shift in technological logic from equipment stacking to precise adaptation.And it proposes innovative paths for consensus building and pilot breakthrough in the initiation stage,system construction and comprehensive promotion in the tackling stage,and ecological symbiosis and efficiency improvement in the deepening stage,so as to achieve deep integration of digital technology and urban and rural integration of school physical education.

To explore the impact mechanisms of physical activity participation on adolescents’ social adaptability,this study conducts a cluster sampling survey of 739 adolescents in Liaoning province using the Physical Activity Rating Scale (PARS-3),Core Self-Evaluation Scale and Social Adaptability Scale.The results reveal the significant positive correlations among physical activity participation,core self-evaluation,and social adaptability,with core self-evaluation demonstrating mediating effect between the other two variables.The study finds that physical activities facilitate iterative upgrading of core self-evaluation through providing successful experiences and social feedback,thereby enhancing social adaptability.Based on these findings,suggestions are proposed to establish a multidimensional integrated education system of “curriculum embedding-psychological evaluation optimization-home,school and community collaboration”,to develop in-depth physical intervention modules,and to construct social practice platforms by utilizing big data and artificial intelligence technologies,in order to provide references for interventions targeting adolescents’ social adaptability.

Digitization is an indispensable path to promote “going global” of Chinese excellent traditional sports culture.By using the methods of literature review,field research and logical analysis,the paper analyzes the operation mechanism of Chinese excellent traditional sports culture in four aspects of data element value,digital culture dissemination,digital culture consumption and digital culture governance,explores the practical obstacles to the digitization of Chinese excellent traditional sports culture,and proposes the practical approaches.It finds that the digitization of Chinese excellent traditional sports culture is faced with the leakage of user privacy and the emergence of the digital divide;deconstruction of cultural values and alienation of symbolic content;the insufficient digital elements and the prominent peer group effects;and the declined collaborative governance and the limited spatial spillover.Accordingly,it proposes the practice approaches such as leveraging the positive effects of data elements around technology,organization and environment,enhancing the global accessibility of culture through virtual scenarios and digital memory,coordinating the allocation of digital elements to balance the supply and demand of the cultural consumption market,and creating a collaborative digital governance model to enhance the international discourse power of cultural governance.

Systematic and effective instruction of knowledge principles in physical education and health is essential for implementing Compulsory Education Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards (2022 Edition).Taking Level Three of the new standards as an example,the detailed textual analysis reveals that this level requires mastery of approximately 107 groups of knowledge principles,covering wide range of domains.Considering that physical education classes focus primarily on physical activities and have limited instructional time,this study clarifies the conceptual definition and types of these knowledge principles,proposes a three-dimensional selection basis (“must-know,must-understand and must-teach”),and categorizes them into seven types suitable for classroom teaching.Based on cognitive load,situated cognition,embodied cognition and constructivism theory,the study proposes the instructional strategies of “every-lesson instruction” and “just-in-time instruction”,outlining practical methods and operational key points for six critical lesson phases:lesson introduction,preparation activities,skill practice,problem handling,class summary and out-of-class extension.This study provides theoretical support and practical pathways for precise,systematic and efficient instruction of knowledge principles in physical education and health within primary and secondary schools.

Embodied intelligence empowers the digital transformation of sports consumption,which is a new engine for the transformation of sports industry.By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper systematically analyzes the logical paths and practical challenges of embodied intelligence empowering the digital transformation of sports consumption on the basis of clarifying the connotation of embodied intelligence and provides practical paths.In terms of the logical paths,the four-dimensional mechanism of digital technology-driving,market demand-pulling,industrial ecosystem-linking and policy environment-promoting effectively promotes the digital transformation.In terms of practical challenges,it is manifested as the obstruction of key technologies,the imbalance of scene adaptation,the weakness of industrial collaboration and the lag of institutional framework.In terms of practical directions,efforts should be made to lead breakthroughs in core technologies so as to strengthen the underlying technology ecosystem of digital consumption;to strengthen the guidance of consumer demand so as to cultivate new scenes and new business forms of digital consumption;to improve the collaborative mechanism of the sports industry so as to promote cross-border integration and development of sports industry;and to improve the institutional guarantee and standard system so as to strengthen the guiding role of policies.

The empathetic communication of esports events on social media serves as a crucial mechanism for promoting esports culture communication and facilitating audience emotional engagement.Using the methods of content analysis and expert interviews,this study grounds on the theoretical framework of empathetic communication to examine the empathetic communication phenomenon observed in the 2023 League of Legends World Championship on Sina Weibo and explore the generation logic,emotional expression and implementation paths of empathetic communication in esports events on social media.The findings indicate that the generation logic stems from the convergence of social media and esports event attributes.The empathetic subjects of esports events on social media experience emotional resonance and express inner sentiments,interpret and articulate their viewpoints with lasting emotional engagement,and develop altruistic emotions that extend into real-life contexts in three stages of emotional contagion,perspective-taking and empathetic concern.Under the interplay of multiple factors,including the esports event domain,diversified empathetic content,audience characteristics and social media characteristics,empathetic communication in esports is realized on social media.

The intelligent transformation of community public sports services is an important move to meet the diversified sports and fitness needs of urban residents.This paper uses literature reviews and logical reasoning to explore the impetus composition,practical challenges and development paths of intelligent transformation of community public sports services.It concludes that the impetus of intelligent transformation of community public sports services is collaboratively composed of the exogenous impetus generated by national policy orientation,scientific and technological empowerment,the external driving force arising from social development needs and the improvement of the effectiveness of community management,the upgrading of the service experience,and the change of the organizational model.The problems in intelligent transformation of community public sports services,such as insufficient conduction of the policy implementation,contradiction in the adaptability of digital technology empowerment,escalation of demand and misalignment of service provision,and lack of system of collaborative governance have formed a systematic obstruction,which has brought serious challenges to the transformation of community intelligent public sports services.Accordingly,the development paths are proposed: improving the policy synergy implementation system to strengthen the orientation of wisdom transformation;optimizing the application structure of technology transformation to release the driving force of digital empowerment;establishing an accurate matching mode of supply and demand to enhance the responsiveness of community services;and improving the institutional framework of synergistic governance to enhance the security of the transformation and development.

In the era of big data,the digital transformation of major sporting events in China is faced with data governance challenges,including severe “data silos” and escalating data security concerns.To overcome these issues,it is imperative to establish a standardized,secure and efficient data governance system.This study adopts literature review,case analysis and logical reasoning to examine the underlying logic of data governance in this context,identify existing challenges and propose practical pathways forward.The analysis reveals three primary categories of obstacles:foundational deficiencies,such as outdated technological infrastructure,lack of integrated platforms,and limited application scenarios;systemic inadequacies,including vague strategic planning,absence of unified standards,and a shortage of talents;and institutional weaknesses,such as unclear data ownership,insufficient security safeguards and inadequate coordination.Accordingly,this study puts forward governance strategies:to optimize systems,integrate platforms and expand application scenarios so as to solidify the foundation of data governance infrastructure from multiple dimensions;to formulate strategic plans,standardize governance protocols and cultivate talents so as to construct a data governance system at multiple levels;and to clarify data ownership and benefit distribution,ensure data security and promote data sharing so as to improve the data governance mechanism in multiple manners.

With the implementation of China’s education power strategy in the new era,the role transition of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools has become a crucial objective for building a high-quality education system.Employing the methods of literature review,logical analysis and field investigation,through policy impetus,goal reorientation,professional capacity building and value guidance,this study elucidates the intrinsic logic of the role transition of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools from sports skills “instructors” to full-developed “architects”.It identifies four structural contradictions hindering this transition: institutional inertia,conceptual constraints,capability gaps,and value marginalization.Accordingly,practical pathways are proposed to enhance the joint establishment of “evaluation systems” and “collaborative networks”,to promote paradigm restructuring of “skill instruction” and “holistic education”,to deepen synergistic development of “interdisciplinary integration” and “digital empowerment”;and to accelerate mutual integration of “school recognition” and “social recognition”.

Artificial intelligence(AI) empowering physical education and health interdisciplinary thematic learning is an important mission in deepening the reform of the physical education curriculum.Using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this study explores the practical drivers,key dimensions and guarantee strategies for AI empowering such learning practices.The findings indicate that the practical drivers consist of three aspects:the drop of the practice effects in the interdisciplinary thematic learning,the optimization and upgrading of learning elements through AI empowerment,and the intrinsic compatibility between AI and interdisciplinary learning in the context of educational development.The empowerment of AI manifests in five key dimensions:the aggregation and generation of learning theme,the precise setting of learning objective,the intelligent supply of learning content,human-AI collaboration in the learning process,and evidence-driven learning evaluation.Accordingly,strategies are proposed:enhancing students’ learning momentum,improving the intelligent literacy of physical education teachers,optimizing the intelligent school ecology,and refining the regulatory framework for AI applications.

The high-quality development of sporting events is an important part of the construction of a sports power.The development of digital intelligence technology has brought new opportunities for the risk governance in sporting events.By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper explains the advantages,difficulties and paths of integrating digital intelligence technology into the risk governance in sporting events.It suggests that digital intelligence technology breaks the boundaries of information,facilities and other objective factors as well as the differences of the relevant subjects of sporting events,and brings more possibilities for building a three-dimensional governance architecture system with its advantages of information quality,algorithm computing power and technical rationality,showing the characteristics of collaboration,digitization and intelligence.However,in the process of integrating digital intelligence technology into the practice of risk governance in sporting events,there are still practical dilemmas such as technology supremacy diluting value goals,the limitations of the scenes alienating the essence of governance and ethical risks downplaying the rationality of the process.Accordingly,the optimization paths are proposed: to break the supremacy of technology with scientific and feasible top-level design,to break through the limitations of the scene with the dynamic support of endogenous and external connections,and to resolve ethical risks with a systematic and efficient guarantee mechanism.

Teachers are the foundation of education and the wellspring of education;A strong country must come followed by strong education firstly,and then by strong teachers.The technology iteration of artificial intelligence will provide strong supports for the professional development of physical education teachers in the new era.This study uses the methods of literature review and logical analysis to investigate the theoretical connotation and practical dilemmas of the professional development of primary and secondary school physical education teachers in China,directed by “artificial intelligence + physical education teachers’ professional development”.The study identifies issues including technological cognitive bias obstructing the innovation of physical education teachers’ professional concepts,a digital literacy gap limiting the enhancement of their professional knowledge,insufficient integration of digital intelligence impeding the advancement of their professional capabilities,and inadequate application of intelligence undermining the development of their professional sentiments.It also proposes practical approaches:discovering the value and effectiveness of artificial intelligence to innovate the professional concepts of physical education teachers;strengthening the cultivation of artificial intelligence literacy to enrich their professional knowledge;promoting the cross-border integration of artificial intelligence to develop their professional abilities;and expanding the application scenarios of artificial intelligence to deepen their professional sentiments.

The formation of the Chinese sportsmanship is the result of the interaction between Chinese sports traditions and cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries.The sports writings of the Confucian scholars in the Pre-Qin period are an important source for the generation of the Chinese sportsmanship.This study uses the methods of literature review and logical analysis to explore the basic connotations of the Chinese sportsmanship embodied in the sports writings of the Confucian scholars in the Pre-Qin period.It holds that the sports spirit of the Confucian scholars in the Pre-Qin period originated from the ancient people’s imagination of the afterlife,developed with the establishment of the “ceremonial deportment” of the gentleman,and was perfected by Confucius and his disciples in their construction of the study of self-cultivation.Its innovative yet non-destructive thinking approach constitutes the epistemological foundation of the Confucian sports spirit and achieves historical transcendence through self-transcendence,becoming an important methodological approach for the modern transformation of traditional culture.The Confucian sports spirit is rooted in the three dimensions of self-cultivation in nature,society and self-reflection,with the main sequence of the cultivation of a virtuous body as the starting point and endpoint.In the three dimensions of military training,competitive awareness and the interaction between morality and tools,it has cultivated the spiritual fruits of collective identity,social concern and self-improvement,which constitutes the historical genes for the transformation of the national character through sports in modern China.

Systematically enhancing the resilience of the supply chain in the ice and snow tourism industry is an urgent need to address risks and challenges and ensure the stable operation of the industry.It is also a strategic choice to promote the all-round upgrading of the ice and snow economy and cultivate new quality productive forces in the industry.By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis，this paper explores the theoretical connotation，internal mechanisms and realization paths of enhancing the supply chain resilience of the ice and snow tourism industry from the perspective of industrial integration.It suggests that the internal mechanisms include four aspects：Technological integration reshapes the underlying logic of the supply chain；Business format integration builds a risk buffer zone for the supply chain；Element integration consolidates the foundation for supply chain risk protection；And resource integration reduces the risk of supply chain disruption.Accordingly，realization paths for enhancing the supply chain resilience of the ice and snow tourism industry through strengthening technology，integrating business forms，optimizing elements，and unifying resources are proposed，thereby effectively responding to various risk shocks.

The inclusion of sports venues as emergency shelters for public emergencies is an important measure to promote the modernization of the national emergency management system and capabilities,and has profound significance for safeguarding people’s lives and property safety and maintaining national and social stability.This study uses the methods of literature review and case analysis to explain the refuge,collaboration,integration,and educational value of the inclusion of sports venues as emergency shelters for public emergencies.It analyzes its foreign experience from the perspectives of institutional guarantees,spatial reconstruction,humanistic care,and resource integration.Based on these,the local implications are put forwad:Emphasizing the guidance of policy to clarify the legal status and operational procedures of sports venues into emergency shelters;Strengthening the dual-use design for disaster relief to enhance the multifunctional transformation resilience of sports venues into emergency shelters;Adhering to putting people’s physical and mental health at the center to deepen the diversified service attributes in emergency shelter scenarios;And exploring the emergency shelter value of school sports venues to improve the national emergency shelter network system.

Disciplinary cultural confidence in sports science is an important part of developing an autonomous knowledge system of sports with Chinese characteristics and advancing high-quality disciplinary growth.Guided by the theory of cultural stratification,this study adopts methods of literature review,historical analysis and comparative research to systematically expound the connotation and structure of such cultural confidence across material,institutional,intellectual and spiritual aspects,and its generative logic from historical,practical and contemporary dimensions.It further conducts an in-depth analysis of the practical dilemmas in propelling the disciplinary cultural confidence in China’s sports science.Accordingly,the study proposes practical approaches to propel such cultural confidence from four aspects:strengthening material carrier support,consolidating institutional guarantee,improving the paradigm of autonomous knowledge production,and inheriting and innovating the spiritual and cultural genealogy.It aims to provide theoretical support and practical references for the autonomous construction of the disciplinary,academic,and discourse systems of China’s sports science in the new era.

In the context of the new curriculum standard,compensatory physical fitness has been introduced into school physical education as an unofficial concept,which has caused many misunderstanding and operational errors,and has produced a series of negative effects on the development of school physical education,which needs to be clarified and alleviated in time.The research shows that:the current compensatory physical fitness is not an authoritative concept by official confirmation,and from its definition,there are problems such as semantic inconsistency,expression redundancy,lack of consistency and duplication of upper and lower concepts.In school physical practice,the compensatory physical exercise has formed four kinds of operational errors:health theory,balance theory,independent theory and examination theory,which are characterized as follows:mistakes in taking health as the dominant goal of “improvement and development” of physical exercise,improperness in pursuing the average heart rate intensity and the overall development of physical quality,isolation of physical exercise from sports skill teaching,and the excessive correlation of physical exercise content with physical education in senior high school entrance examination.The related errors can be attributed to the misunderstanding of health first,which includes the biased meaning of “first” and the pursuit of exercise intensity.Based on the 3-dimensional analysis framework of the health pursuit,humanistic value and intrinsic regulation of school physical education,the introduction of compensatory physical fitness into school physical education should be repositioned:to be wary of restoring the biological sports concept in the name of health,to distinguish and take into account different exercise intensity types of physical education,and to beware of the improper correlation between compensatory physical fitness and physical education in senior high school entrance examination.

To explore the differential mechanisms of different environmental support strategies on adolescents’ physical exercise habits and the mediating role of health belief,this study constructed a hypothetical model based on the Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) theory,incorporating environmental support,health belief,and adolescents’ physical exercise habits.A cluster sampling survey was conducted among 2 477 adolescents aged 9-18 in Hubei Province using the Environmental Support Scale,Health Belief Scale,and Physical Exercise Habit Scale.The results show that:(1) All three dimensions of environmental support have positive effects on adolescents’ physical exercise habits,with the magnitude of effects ranked as informational support>interpersonal support>facility support;(2) Health belief mediate the relationship between environmental support and adolescents’ physical exercise habits.Specifically,facility support positively influences adolescents’ physical exercise habits by enhancing self-efficacy and increasing perceived severity;interpersonal support positively influences adolescents’ physical exercise habits by strengthening perceived benefits and self-efficacy while reducing perceived barriers;informational support positively influences adolescents’ physical exercise habits by stimulating perceived benefits,enhancing self-efficacy,and increasing perceived severity.Therefore,when implementing different environmental support strategies,emphasis should be placed on shaping and reinforcing multi-dimensional health belief among adolescents to promote the development of their physical exercise habits.

Rapid aging has brought unprecedented challenges to rural elderly care services.Addressing the fragmentation of sports services for rural elderly populations has become a critical issue in achieving high-quality development of rural elderly care systems.The study uses the literature reviews,field survey and expert interviews,based on the holistic governance theory,to explore the coupling logic between the fragmentation and the governance of rural elderly sports services,and to construct a analytical framework for the holistic governance of rural sports services.In response to the fragmentation problems in rural elderly sports services,such as outdated perceptions,unformed multi-subject collaborative supply,imbalanced service objects,and singularity and irrational structure,this study proposes the following holistic governance pathways: fostering a holistic governance idea to focus on the direction of elderly sports services in promoting active aging;coordinating the holistic governance subjects to establish a multi-subject supply model for elderly sports services;optimizing the level of holistic governance to equalize the rights in elderly sports services;and enriching the content of holistic governance to build a comprehensive community service platform for elderly sports.

The research of contemporary competitive sports demonstrates excessive pan-ethicalization and lacks the identification of ethical issues,which makes it hard to normalize them.This study bases on the research chain of “ethical issue identification,normative modeling construction and normative efficiency validation”,proposing three principles of self-awareness,value orientation and social impact as ethical criteria.By clarifying the synergistic mechanism of utilitarianism,deontology,contractarianism and virtue ethics,it constructs a dynamic adaptation model for the contextual adaptation of ethical norms.Through cross-case comparative review,it validates the model’s practical effectiveness and regulates the theoretical adaption model.The study offers philosophically rigorous and operationally feasible solutions for identifying and regulating ethical issues in competitive sports,transforming the norms from “abstract principles” to “precision-targeted intervention”.

The high-quality development of competitive sports is an important part of the construction of a sports power，and digital intelligence technology provides inexhaustible power for it.By using the methods of literature review，field investigation and interview，this paper expounds the connotation，logical reasoning，realistic challenges and practical directions of empowering the high-quality development of competitive sports in China by digital intelligence technology.It holds that the logical reasoning to empower the high-quality development of competitive sports in China is that it can promote accurate selection，scientific training，efficient participation and innovative management.At present，the high-quality development of competitive sports in China is still faced with realistic challenges，such as insufficient talent reserve and dynamic evaluation and unbalanced regional digital intelligence infrastructure，low technical cognition and team efficiency and poor continuity of load monitoring，lack of real scene and analysis technology and insufficient inter-disciplinary talents，and obstacles in information sharing and departmental linkage and low subjective digital intelligence literacy.Accordingly，it proposes the practical directions to adhere to smart talent selection so as to promote the intellectual process of accurate talent selection，to enhance intelligence training so as to improve the intellectual efficiency of scientific training，to strengthen the intellectual participation so as to enhance the intellectual protection of efficient participation，and to promote intelligent control management so as to improve the intellectual level of innovative management.

The digital development of sports intangible cultural heritage is an inherent requirement for the creative transformation and innovative development of Chinese outstanding traditional sports culture.Using literature review,logical analysis,field investigation and case analysis,based on the spatial production theory,this study explores the spatial turning,patterns and practical paths of digital preservation of sports intangible cultural heritage in China.It concludes that:(1) The spatial turning constitutes the logical premise of the digital preservation of sports intangible cultural heritage.The digital spatial practices,spatial representations and representational spaces of sports intangible cultural heritage are shifting towards extension,virtualization and mobility respectively.(2) The spatial patterns map the problematic manifestation of the digital preservation of sports intangible cultural heritage.Under the perspective of spatial production,the digital preservation of sports intangible cultural heritage faces the realities of de-domain reconstruction of material entity space,reminiscence of cultural lineage in spiritual cultural space,and relational departure from social life space.Based on the above,the practical paths for the digital preservation of sports intangible cultural heritage are proposed to process place-based re-embedding to construct digital experiential space of virtual-real integration;to raise regeneration of cultural lineage to activate digital cultural space of multi-dimensional narrative;and to make relational reconstruction to reshape the digital interaction space of emotional connection.

Governance innovation in rural sports events is an important pathway to promoting the equalization of public sports services in urban and rural areas and stimulating endogenous motivation in rural areas.Using case analysis and logical analysis,this study explores the theoretical and practical mechanisms of governance innovation in rural sports events.It suggests that rural sports events encompass governance innovation practices such as the iterative evolution of a “people centered” cognition,structural transformation through multi-stakeholder collaboration,process reengineering via consultative co-governance,and paradigm upgrading through digital empowerment,which form a progressive logical system,ranging from value orientation to organizational support,and further to operational rules and methodological reinforcement.These innovative practices achieve cross regional dissemination through model adoption and capacity development,top level design and local response,and media narratives and symbolic construction,thereby shaping a positive synergistic effect between governance innovation and efficiency enhancement in rural sports events.However,challenges such as the alienation of organizational learning,deviations in policy implementation,and paradoxes in cultural empowerment.These issues need to be deepened and adjusted by reforming organizational learning paradigms,adjusting policy implementation behaviors and reshaping the logic of cultural empowerment,so as to provide replicable models of sports governance practice for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.

Crisis awareness in career development of students of physical education specialty holds critical significance for advancing China’s educational and sports power,as well as cultivating qualified socialist builders and successors.Through literature analysis and empirical investigation,this study elucidates a three-dimensional construction of such awareness,manifested through strategic cognition that expands national perspectives to enhance risk anticipation,emotional identification that fosters patriotic commitment to strengthen mission-driven responsibility and behavioral transformation that hones practical competencies to improve adaptive execution efficacy.These dimensions collectively constitute an integrated “cognition-affection-behavior” awareness framework.It identifies persistent implementation challenges including cognitive biases,emotional vulnerabilities and behavioral inefficiencies,attributable to imbalanced curricula,insufficient value guidance from faculty and disembedded practical training environments.To address these issues,the study proposes mitigation pathways involving interdisciplinary curriculum integration to develop strategic career vision,dynamic situational pedagogy to enhance professional emotional adaptability and authentic scenario-based training to strengthen complex problem-solving capabilities.

China has made remarkable achievements in the construction of an equalization system of public sports services,laying the foundation for promoting common prosperity for all.Based on the analysis of the basic connotations of common prosperity and equalization of public sports services,this study uses literature review,case analysis and logical analysis to explore the generation logic,practical difficulties and practical approaches of equalization of public sports services to promote common prosperity,aiming to accelerate the implementation of equalization of public sports services and promote the realization of common prosperity.The study believes that the generative logic of equalization of public sports services to promote common prosperity is highly consistent with the value orientation and institutional level:adhering to the people-oriented position to promote the common prosperity of material and spiritual civilization;optimizing resource allocation to promote urban-rural coordination and regional balanced development;stimulating the vitality of social subjects to build a diversified collaborative governance system;and using the rule of law as a guarantee to promote the standardization and long-term effectiveness of the service system.In view of the current reality of lagging demand feedback mechanism of public sports service,single supply structure of grassroots sports facilities,regional imbalance of digital empowerment services,and insufficient coordination between laws and regulations and standards systems,this paper proposes practical approaches:building a dynamic response mechanism for service demand to accurately adapt to the diverse needs of the masses;optimizing the design of grassroots facility supply structure to effectively promote the equal development of public sports services in multiple scenarios;promoting the balanced development of digital empowerment services to fully integrate the sharing and utilization of urban and rural resources;and strengthening the coordinated construction of laws and regulations and standards systems to comprehensively improve the efficiency of service implementation.

The intelligent transformation of large-scale sports event venues is an inevitable trend in the digital era and a crucial initiative for enhancing event efficacy and competitiveness.Utilizing research methods such as literature review，case analysis and expert interviews，this study explores the intelligent transformation of large-scale sports event venues empowered by digital technology.It suggests that the action mechanisms in it includes：transitioning towards intelligent monitoring to promote comprehensive security coverage，shifting towards cluster dynamics to accelerate efficient data operation and maintenance，advancing towards human-machine interaction to enable precise officiating and guarantee，and moving towards green operations to facilitate low-carbon energy consumption management.During the practical implementation of intelligent transformation，the venues encounter challenges including limited comprehensive security coverage，inefficient cluster collaboration，non-standardized human-machine interaction，and delayed low-carbon transition.Accordingly，this study proposes pathways for advancement：upgrading comprehensive security systems，reconstructing the computing ecology，optimizing interaction mechanisms，and transforming energy governance.

High-quality development of population serves as the core pillar of Chinese modernization,while the health of all people constitutes a fundamental element for sustainable economic growth and long-term social stability.This study employs research methods such as literature review and logical analysis to elucidate the logical relationship between sports and health governance and high-quality development of population from both historical and contemporary perspectives.Based on the developmental demands of high-quality population,it analyzes the challenges sports and health governance is faced with:traditional disease prevention and control approaches are inadequate for achieving governance goals of high-quality population;delayed integration of sports and health hinders cross-departmental synergistic effects;and the public still lacks sufficient consensus on sports and health governance.Accordingly,the causes of sports and health governance issues can be summarized as follows:traditional disease prevention and control impedes the development of proactive health governance;“field limitation” hinders cross-departmental collaborative health governance;and conventional perception of “physical exercise” obscures the consensus on comprehensive health promotion.To achieve the development goal of sports and health services serving high-quality population,the following implementation pathways are proposed:exploring proactive health concepts to comprehensively establish sports and health governance approaches;advancing collaborative health to promote coordinated co-governance within a framework of state-public governance;and fostering comprehensive health to implement governance activities of sports promoting public health.

Promoting the physical health of adolescents is a crucial measure for advancing the construction of sports power and healthy China in the new era.This study adopts the methods of literature review and logical analysis,based on the theory of symbiosis,with symbiotic units,symbiotic models and symbiotic environments as anchor points,to construct symbiotic system for promoting adolescents’ physical health.From three dimensions of subject construction,model transition and environmental optimization,this study clarifies the evolutionary trajectory of symbiotic system for promoting adolescents’ physical health,transitioning from singular to pluralistic,from differentiated symbiosis to reciprocal symbiosis,and from closing to opening.So it is necessary to stimulate development drivers such as benefit drivers,demand drivers and technological change drivers,providing sustained power supply for the evolution of the symbiotic system.Accordingly,the practical pathways such as cultivating diverse and collaborative symbiotic units,innovating mutually beneficial symbiotic models,and creating open and superior symbiotic environments are proposed to provide actionable solutions for promoting the symbiotic development of adolescents’ physical health.

Transforming urban industrial heritage into sports space is an energy saving and efficient way for space development and utilization.This study uses the methods of literature review,participatory observation,in-depth interviews and case study and takes Beijing Shougang Park as the main case.By expanding Lefebvre’s theory of space production to the intersection of industrial heritage and sports,it aims to explore the mechanisms and paths of transforming urban industrial heritage into sports space.It shows that the mechanisms of transforming urban industrial heritage into sports space include reconstructing the basic space carriers by physical reforming,expanding the space symbolic meanings by cultural integration,and driving the practice of spatial activities by complex social demands.Three transforming paths are established,which involve optimizing spatial arrangement driven by policies,capital and social demands,creating cultural landmarks by dual experiences of industry and sports and media dissemination,as well as innovating cooperation networks and models guided by sports consumption.

This study systematically explores the construction of cultural symbols of the Chinese sportsmanship from the perspective of ethnic identity by using research methods of literature review,logical analysis and case study.It suggests that the cultural symbols of the Chinese sportsmanship refer to symbolic carriers that use specific and perceivable symbolic forms to carry and spread the connotation of the Chinese sportsmanship,with six characteristics:symbolism,sharedness,nationality,iconicity,consensus and practicality.The basic conditions for the construction of such cultural symbols include deeply consolidating the cultural carriers that inherit the ethnic collective struggle memories,typically extracting the cultural markers that carry the ethnic shared spiritual traits,dynamically integrating the cultural symbols that display the ethnic multiple symbiotic culture,and long-term consolidating the cultural media that maintain the ethnic profound emotional bonds.At present,the dilemmas of the construction of those symbols are that the vague core meaning of the symbols,the loose topological structure,the narrow decoding channels,and the fragmented communication media.Accordingly,a four-dimensional construction path is proposed:refining the core elements of symbols,building the symbol framework,creating the symbol interpretation space and building the symbol communication matrix.

In the context of the modernization transformation of education,sports offer new possibilities for enhancing the leadership of ideological and political education with its unique physical practicality,cultural symbolism and social interactivity.This paper employs the methods of literature review and logical analysis,based on the theory of embodied moral education,to reveal the three-dimensional logical mechanisms by which sports empower the enhancement of ideological and political education leadership.At the historical logic level,diachronic integration is achieved through the continuation of cultural genes,the iteration of educational functions and the elevation of political ethics.At the practical logic level,it responds to the interwoven effects of the demands of the times,social needs and educational requirements.At the theoretical logic level,a cross-reinforcing system of policy guidance,theoretical support and strategic requirements should be established.Its predicaments are manifested in four layers of obstruction such as the ontological and practical disconnection of the innovation of the embodied moral education paradigm in physical education courses,the structural and functional imbalance in the modernization of sports activity education governance,the deconstruction of subjects and rights in the construction of the educational community for physical education of teachers and students,and the disconnection of the symbols and meanings in the reproduction of sports culture.Accordingly,four collaborative paths are proposed to reconstruct the ideological and political education system in the curriculum to enhance the integration of ideological and political education through the update of physical education courses,to build an ecological embodied field to promote the affinity of ideological and political education through sports activities,to strengthen the value guidance of teachers to enhance the leadership of ideological and political education with the guidance of physical education teachers,and to activate collective memory identity to promote the dissemination power of ideological and political education through the translation of sports culture.

Promoting the optimization of the governance structure of professional sports leagues has become an inherent requirement for the high-quality development of professional sports in China.Based on the Social-Technical Systems (STS) theory,through the methods of literature review,field investigations and in-depth interviews,this study seeks to establish a governance model of professional sports leagues conforming to China’s national conditions and to propose practice paths for enhancing league governance.It systematically identifies three major dilemmas in league governance practices including the unclear rights and responsibilities of multiple subjects and prominent contradictions,the misalignment between top-level strategic design and practice demands,and the underdevelopment of the competitive performances and market systems construction.Accordingly,the study employs the STS theory to conceptualize the governance system as four core elements of actors,structure,tasks and technology,while incorporating environmental factors to establish the governance model.The model emphasizes emerging technologies as governance tools,and fosters deep integration with society and technology and facilitates a significant improvement in governance effectiveness.Finally,the study proposes practice paths from four dimensions of fostering a favorable governance environment,strengthening the collaboration among multiple subjects,elevating overall competitiveness and advocating the construction of brand IP.It aims to promote structural transformation and upgrading of league governance through the dual drivers of institutional innovation and technological advancement,thereby offering both theoretical supports and operational guidance for the sustainable high-quality development of China’s professional sports leagues.

As an integral component of China’s sports industry，ice and snow sports must align with the strategic guidance of Chinese modernization to achieve high-quality development.This study employs semi-structured interviews in qualitative research to conduct an in-depth analysis of the theoretical connotations，goal orientation and current status of the high-quality development of ice and snow sports in the perspective of Chinese modernization，thereby proposing the solutions，in order to stimulate the vitality of ice and snow economy.It identifies the following goal orientations：advancing ice and snow sports at the grassroots level to ensure inclusive benefits for the people；enhancing the industrial chain of ice and snow sports to promote the high-quality development of ice and snow sports economy；upholding the values of material and spiritual civilization to facilitate their harmonious coexistence；grounding efforts in green development principles to explore practices integrating sports with environmental protection；and rooting initiatives in traditional Chinese culture to disseminate the concept of peace.The main current status includes：insufficient mass participation in ice and snow sports，lack of dynamism in the cross-sector integration of “ice and snow sports plus” industries，obstacles to coordinating material and spiritual civilization，bottlenecks in the ecological sustainability of ski resorts，and inadequate public understanding of the cultural connotations of ice and snow sports with Chinese characteristics.Accordingly，the study proposes the following solutions：stimulating public motivation to share the achievements of the ice and snow sports era；cultivating the foundational strength of the ice and snow sports industry to innovate integrated development concept；emphasizing both material and spiritual civilization to promote their harmonious coexistence in ice and snow sports；overcoming ecological constraints to advance the development of green construction of ice and snow sports；and leveraging cultural confidence to enhance public understanding of the cultural connotations of ice and snow sports with Chinese characteristics.

Ensuring the basic rights and interests of digitally disadvantaged groups sharing intelligent services of national fitness is a concrete practice of people-centered development in the field of sports.Based on the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper systematically explains the practical obstructions and theoretical mechanisms of authority endowment and empowerment for digitally disadvantaged groups sharing intelligent services of national fitness,and proposes the promotion strategies of empowerment integration.Authority endowment strategies:Strengthening the functional standard of government services to optimize the digital integration into the security system;Improving the awareness of corporates’ social responsibility to develop the products and services for disadvantaged groups;And adhering to the concept of digital friendliness in the market to shape a digitally inclusive social pattern.Empowerment strategies:Guiding social organizations to provide technical supports to improve the feasible ability of service sharing;Enhancing the awareness of the rights of digitally disadvantaged groups to cultivate endogenous power for service sharing;And supporting communities to carry out digital education and training to strengthen service sharing and independent participation.

Under the background of the national strategy of Healthy China and national fitness,the fitness service industry is entering a new stage of intelligent,collaborative and ecological development,while digital and intelligent technologies have become a key engine to promote the industrial structure upgrade and reconfiguration of productive factors within the fitness services industry.This paper employs the methods of literature review,field research and questionnaire survey to elaborate the essence and characteristics of digital and intelligent technologies empowering innovative development of the fitness service industry.By combining the characteristics of intelligent embedded,digital integrated and platform compatible of digital and intelligent technologies,it analyzes the practical challenges encountered in areas such as technological iteration and redundancy,data factors development and circulation,infrastructure upgrades and management.Accordingly,the following practical approaches are proposed:adopting a people-centered,multi-faceted coordination strategy to focus on users’ core technological needs;standardizing data resource management to enhance cross-sector integration and synergy through technological empowerment;and promoting the development of new infrastructure to establish a new fitness service system featuring platform compatibility and human-machine collaboration.

The policy of high school entrance examination on physical education is related to the physical health of primary and secondary school students and their all-round development，which is an important guarantee for the high-quality development of school physical education.This study employs the methods of literature review and logical analysis，and takes historical institutionalism as the theoretical perspective and methodology to explain the institutional dilemmas and its causes of the policy change of high school entrance examination on physical education，and proposes the resolution paths.It suggests that the institutional dilemmas of the policy change of high school entrance examination on physical education mainly manifest as follows： contradictions and tensions between policy requirements and action logic regarding “what to examine”，between result-based evaluation and process-based evaluation concerning “how to examine”，and between increasing the weight of scores and avoiding excessive competition in terms of “how to reform”.The causes stem from the imbalance of the government’s responsibility and authority structure at the deep level，the shackles of the resource allocation system，and the constraints of cultural values and concepts； and from the increasing cost of local governments avoiding policy risks in path dependence，the difficulty for schools to escape the interest game，and the exam-oriented benefit consideration of family input and return.Accordingly，the following resolution paths are proposed： deepening the reform of education system and mechanisms to dissolve the external resistance of policy change； optimizing the examination and evaluation mechanisms to motivate the internal drive of the implementing entities； and transcending the bounded rationality of the implementing entities to enhance the collaborative efficacy of policy implementation.

This study uses the methods of literature review and field investigation to elaborate the “village series” sports events in China from the perspective of dual governance.It mainly analyzes the dilemmas and operation mechanisms of dual governance in R county and E prefecture as typical cases,and further proposes practical strategies,which purpose is to provide reference for constructing new governance models of rural sports events.It suggests that there are some actual dilemmas in dual governance of “village series” sports events in China,such as incomplete organizational coordination system,weak mobilization ability of talents in sports events,and poor connection in service guarantee chains in sports events.Therefore,some operation mechanisms are built,such as the organizational coordination mechanism from simple autonomy to bureaucratic co-governance,the talent mobilization mechanism from regional aggregation resources to cross-domain mobilization resources,and the event service guarantee mechanism from moderate patrol to the legal governance.Accordingly,the practical strategies are proposed to build the organizational collaborative structure characterized by county-level coordination,multi-participation and rural response;to establish the event employment networks of single leading,double-ended parallelism and continuous integration;and to develop the event guarantee schemes of efficient relations,contract engagement and synchronous scheduling.
